《毛泽东思想概论》课应在结合上下功夫

《毛泽东思想概论》课作为“两课”中一门新的政治理论课,具有内容广博、思想精深、体系完整等特点。如何在教学中进行多方面结合,更加贴近时代、贴近学生,是最困难同时也是最有意义的问题。     

逆向选择、道德风险与金融中介交易成本:缘自合会的投融资效率

以实地调研过程中获取的会单为例,编制轮会现金流量表,从融资成本和投资收益两方面进行比较,运用内部收益率法和现金流矩阵计算轮会的利率结构和利率水平,通过对比分析法,判断轮会投融资效率。研究发现,正常运行的轮会作为一种投融资机制是具有效率的。轮会是社会资本的载体,会脚之间的信任、规范和网络关系不仅推动了轮会的有效运转,而且在降低交易成本上发挥了重要作用。     

Can Shareholders Be at Rest after Adopting Clawback Provisions? Evidence from Stock Price Crash Risk

Using a propensity score matched sample and a difference‐in‐differences research design, we find that stock price crash risk increases after a firm voluntarily incorporates clawback provisions in executive officers' compensation contracts. This heightened crash risk is concentrated in adopters that increase upward real activities‐based earnings management and those that reduce the readability of 10‐K reports. Based on cross‐sectional analyses, we also find that the increased crash risk is more pronounced for adopters with high ex ante fraud risk, low‐ability managers, high CEO equity incentives, and low dedicated institutional ownership. Collectively, our results suggest that the clawback adoption per se does not curb managerial opportunism but rather induces managers to use alternative channels for concealing bad news, which may contribute to a greater stock price crash risk; and the increase in crash risk is more likely in cases where incentives are strong or monitoring is weak. Our results should be of interest to regulators and policymakers considering the effects of clawback adoption on the investing public.     

专利质押贷款风险动态监控预警研究

专利质押贷款为科技型中小企业提供了一种有效的融资方式,但是由于资产规模等问题,专利质押融资风险远高于其它抵押贷款方式,因此需要在贷款后对企业还贷风险进行实时动态监控预警。首先建立了科技型中小企业贷款风险预警指标体系,并依据Kalman滤波理论建立了风险动态预警模型,确定了企业还贷能力由健康到轻度危机再到重度危机的两个分割点,进而检测企业贷款偿还能力从健康-财务波动-财务危机的演变轨迹。实证研究表明,该模型的总体判别准确率较高,预警效果好。      

House price dynamics: Evidence from Beijing

To study the house price dynamics in China, this paper extends the traditional life-cycle model by incorporating land supply, regime shifts and government regulation factors. The models are estimated with an error correction framework using quarterly data from 2000 to 2007 in Beijing. The conclusions are as follows. (1) There exits a stable co-integration relationship between house price and fundamentals; land supply and financial regimes are also important determinants of long-run equilibrium house prices. (2) Short-run dynamics depend on changes of fundamentals and the adjustment process of housing market. Land supply has a significant impact on house price fluctuations while demand factors such as user costs, income and residential mortgage loan have greater influences. The adjustment speed of real house prices to the long-run equilibrium has been reduced significantly since 2005 which means exogenous shocks can cause prolonged deviation of real house prices from the equilibrium level.     

论瑜伽在城市体育文化建设中的价值

目前我国政策性银行面临的问题是资金来源总量不足，结构失衡，已经严制约政策性银行功能的发挥。本分析了我国目前政策性银行的资金来源状况，并结合国外政策性银行融资的经验，针对我国政策性银行融资渠道的拓展提出了具体建议。

全球化趋势下美日银行业制度和产业结构比较研究

本文基于不同的历史背景和社会环境比较分析了美国和日本银行业的制度演变和改革;同时对比研究了两种制度下美日银行业的产业结构。研究表明,在全球化趋势下,两国银行业越来越走向趋同,普遍地向多元化综合经营的寡头企业转变。大银行的规模和集中度不断提高,绩效不断改善,集中垄断趋势逐渐增强。美国银行业的整体实力趋于上升,日本银行业有下滑的倾向,随着世界经济的波动和复苏,两国银行业仍旧会呈现此消彼长的竞争现象。     

台湾地区“奢侈税”政策简介

我国台湾地区的特种货物及劳务税(即俗称的奢侈税)是一种带有很强社会经济调节功能的消费税。本文在介绍台湾地区特种货物及劳务税基本情况的基础上,对大陆通过消费税政策调控经济提出了几点建议。
