士商合道：经济与伦理的价值生态--以汉代田庄经营为典型

本文以汉代田庄经营作为中国儒商的起源与典型之一，探求经济与伦理两种重要价值实现生态统一的可能性与现实性，并将统一根由归结为中国传统中的两种文化与精神，即士精神与商精神的合和，提出士商合道是优化经济与伦理价值生态的有效途径。

针对铁路调车作业安全的影响因素,从平面调车作业和自动化驼峰调车作业两个方面进行了分析,提出加强设备管理、更新和维护,加强作业人员技能培训,创建自控型班组、转变管理模式和加强规章制度标准化建设等相应措施,确保铁路运输生产安全,提高运输效率。     

Some Taxation Theorems in the Hotelling Model

In this paper, we investigate the relationship between the demand ad valorem, cost ad valorem and unit taxes in terms of price, quantity and tax revenue. In particular, we prove that the Musgravian transformation holds in the Hotelling model. In addition, we show that the Suits‐Musgrave theorem must be revised as output in the Hotelling model remains invariant in the presence of different taxes. That is, for a given price instead of a given output, the tax revenue under demand ad valorem tax exceeds that under the corresponding unit tax as long as profit levels for both stores are positive, a very general assumption. The exception is when the two stores are located close to each other and transportation cost is zero. Only in this case, are tax revenues and price under both tax regimes the same. If both stores are symmetrically located, the superiority of the ad valorem tax holds true except when the two stores are located back to back. Finally the farther away the location of a firm from the end point is, the smaller the difference in tax revenues between demand ad valorem and unit tax will be: the effect of the Suits‐Musgrave theorem weakens in the presence of location clustering.     

体制性失业问题——从微观经济学的角度分析

失业问题是任何国家都十分重视的问题,当然,处于经济发展中的我国也不例外,同样面临着失业问题的困扰,国内众多学者对我国的失业问题也从多个角度进行了分析和阐述,但鲜有从体制的角度对我国的失业问题进行分析,本文正是专门从体制的角度对我国的失业问题进行剖析,认为造成我国真实失业率居高不下的重要原因是经济中的垄断程度过多和国有成分过多。     

“校企合作、产学结合”人才培养模式的实践与探索——以南京化工职业技术学院为例

本文分析南京化工职业技术学院实施＂校企合作、产学结合＂的基础和保障,提出具有鲜明特色的＂1＋1＋1＂的分段式人才培养模式和＂T11＂的顶岗实习模式,在＂1＋1＋1＂分段式人才培养模式和＂T11＂顶岗实习模式基础上完成重构理论、实践课程体系构建。     

Market timing,investment, and risk management

The 2008 financial crisis exemplifies significant uncertainties in corporate financing conditions. We develop a unified dynamic q-theoretic framework where firms have both a precautionary-savings motive and a market-timing motive for external financing and payout decisions, induced by stochastic financing conditions. The model predicts (1) cuts in investment and payouts in bad times and equity issues in good times even without immediate financing needs; (2) a positive correlation between equity issuance and stock repurchase waves. We show quantitatively that real effects of financing shocks may be substantially smoothed out as a result of firms' adjustments in anticipation of future financial crises.     

中国与印度纺织品服装产业内贸易现状分析

中国和印度作为世界上最大的两个纺织品服装生产贸易大国,两国间的纺织品服装贸易分析逐渐引起了人们的关注。文章以2002—2011年两国纺织品服装贸易数据为例,用出口相似性指数、产业内贸易指数分析了两国纺织品服装产业内贸易的发展状况,并提出了两国在纺织品服装行业进一步发展的政策建议。
