Bilanzierung des selbst geschaffenen immateriellen Anlageverm?gens nach dem BilMoG – kritische Würdigung und rechnungslegungsanalytische Perspektiven im Lichte der Bilanztheorien

Durch das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) wurde das pauschale Aktivierungsverbot für selbst erstellte immaterielle Verm?genswerte des Anlageverm?gens gestrichen. Nach §248 Abs. 2 Satz 1 HGB dürfen diese Verm?gensgegenst?nde bei Erfüllung der Verm?gensgegenstandseigenschaften zukünftig aktiviert werden. Auf diese Weise soll die Informationsfunktion des Jahresabschlusses gest?rkt und dessen Aussagekraft verbessert werden. Da Unternehmen das Aktivierungswahlrecht unterschiedlich nutzen werden, stellt sich die Frage nach der Behandlung im Rahmen der Rechnungslegungsanalyse. Vor diesem Hintergrund verdeutlicht der vorliegende Beitrag die Neuregelungen für selbst erstellte immaterielle Verm?gensgegenst?nde des Anlageverm?gens und zeigt unter Berücksichtigung der Bilanztheorie L?sungsm?glichkeiten für rechnungslegungsanalytische Vorgehensweisen auf.     

On the structure of choice under different external references

Summary. In this paper we fully characterize an individual's choice behaviour according to three different so–called external references. The first system which we describe axiomatically is standard utility maximization or preference optimization. The second approach characterizes the choice of the second largest element as an optimal choice, the third system is the choice of a medium element, also as a first best choice. For all three approaches, we have established a common axiomatic structure which allows us to point out rather precisely congruences and divergences among the different systems considered. Procedural choice

Summary. In this paper, we attempt to combine the concept of a choice function with a procedural aspect. We examine an individuals choices over alternatives when the available options are linked either to the procedure by which these alternatives came into existence or to the degree of availability of other options. The procedural aspect behind availability may prompt an individual to refuse to choose so that the choice set becomes empty. This particular aspect is used to study different cases that are characterized axiomatically.
