中国共产党纯洁性建设的历程、经验和启示述论

纯洁性是马克思主义政党的本质特性,中国共产党自诞生之日起,就把实现党的纯洁性作为自身的自觉追求,并在实践中积累了宝贵的历史经验。新时期要以更大的力度继续加强党的纯洁性建设：思想纯洁是灵魂,必须始终坚持从思想上建党;队伍纯洁是核心,必须把提高党员质量作为党建的基础;制度建设是保障,必须着重抓好体制机制建设;作风纯洁是基础,必须密切党同人民群众的血肉联系;清正廉洁是根本,必须有效防治腐败。     

中国旅游基本法的必要性、立法模式及其立法原则剖析

本文从旅游基本法的必要性、形式、性质等方面,分别从旅游的本质、旅游业的发展和旅游的社会及环境问题等角度对我国旅游基本法的模式和基本性质争议进行剖析,最后提出了中国旅游基本法的基本原则:①促进旅游事业的发展;②保障旅游相关主体的合法权益;③合理开发和保护旅游资源;④科学管理旅游业。本文希冀通过对旅游基本法的剖析对旅游基本法在立法必要性上、立法模式上以及立法原则上有更进一步的认识,以起到抛砖引玉之作用。     

内套分解式弹性定位扶正器的设计与研究

本文针对油田用有杆泵抽油杆工作中的偏磨现状,对扶正系统进行了整体改进,提出了"内套分解式弹性定位扶正器"新设计,并对其结构设计、工作原理及使用效果进行了设计与研究。

企业在日常生产经营活动中会遇到各种风险，开展和加强风险管理已成为维护企业生存与发展必不可少的工作，同时也是现代企业管理的一项重要内容，企业风险管理必须从认识风险、选择风险管理方法入手，其中，保险已成为企业开展风险管理的一项重要管理手段。企业必须正确地运用保险为自己的管理服务，同时，保险也要在企业管理中不断创新和发展。     

Income Growth,Energy Consumption,and Carbon Emissions: The Case of China

The paper examines the long-run relationship among per capita income, energy consumption, and carbon emissions in China during 1953–2008. We employ the Toda—Yamamoto procedure to test the Granger causality in a vector autoregressive (VAR) model with levels. We find strong evidence of bilateral Granger causality running between income and energy consumption and unilateral Granger causality running from carbon emissions to income. We further provide policy suggestions to address the energy and sustainable development dilemma in China. These include diversifying the energy mix and exploiting renewable energy, enhancing energy efficiency, transforming the economic growth pattern, and reducing the reliance on resource- and energy-intensive industries.     

东京都市圈演化与发展机制研究

东京都市圈作为世界五大都市圈之一,其演化历程和发展机制一直是研究者关注和探讨的对象。在以往研究的基础上,本文分析了东京都市圈演化与发展的3个主要阶段和"绿环带+新城"的效仿特征、"一极集中"的开发特征、"多心多核"的地域开发特征、"多心多核"的扩展特征等;并从地理、人口、交通、经济四个方面论述了东京都市圈演化过程的四个动力因素;总结了区域竞争机制、统筹规划机制、政府管理机制、市场协调机制等发展机制。     

Effect of Short‐sale Constraints on Stock Price Manipulation

This paper examines the effect of short‐sale constraints on the stock price manipulation of an insider, who is subject to mandatory disclosure rules. We show that the privately informed insider may manipulate by trading against his or her information when short selling is banned. We find that stock price movement is asymmetric in the sense that prices fall by a larger percentage than they rise. In addition, we prove that removing short‐sale constraints increases price volatility. Finally, we explore the welfare implications of short‐sale constraints.     

我国上市银行金融创新信息披露的市场反应研究

本文以1991年-2011年间16家上市商业银行披露的金融创新事件作为研究样本,采用事件研究法,分析了金融创新事件信息披露对上市银行股价的影响。从实证的结果来看,目前我国股票市场能够对金融创新信息的披露做出了显著的正反应。证券市场的反应时及时的甚至是超前的,并且在信息披露之前,正的异常收益已经出现,显然金融创新的信息已经被提前泄露了。     

Evaluation of the Economic Effectiveness of Public Tourism Coupons in China in 2009 – A Corrected DEA Approach

Initiation of tourism coupon programs in various destinations in China in 2009 was an innovative policy response to the general nationwide economic downturn brought about by the world financial crisis. Given the size of the Chinese tourism market and the unique role of authorities in China's tourism development, studies on tourism coupons have profound theoretical and practical implications. This paper utilized a Data Envelopment Analysis approach to evaluate comprehensively the economic effectiveness of tourism coupons in eight representative Chinese destinations. In particular, correction coefficients were incorporated to adjust relevant output indicators to a consistent and comparable level. The results showed that the integrated efficiencies of the tourism coupons in all examined destinations had been quite high, thereby validating the policy success of the tourism coupon programs. Practical suggestions are also provided on the technical and operational aspects of the tourism coupon programs.     

新型城镇化与房地产业协调发展问题研究

新型城镇化与房地产业紧密相连。新型城镇化对房地产行业而言,是一种机遇,也是一种挑战,须在耕地的保护基础之上,通过完善土地流转制度、户籍管理制度、社会保障制度等,并配以产业化、公共产品的承接以及适宜的房价,形成相辅相成、协调推进的良性循环局面,最终达到二者的协同发展。
