Recently, business organizations have increasingly turned to a novel form of non-monetary incentives—that is, “gamification,” which refers to a motivation technique using video game elements, such as digital points, badges, and friendly competition in non-game contexts like workplaces. The introduction of gamification to the context of human resource management has immediately become embroiled in serious moral debates. Most notable is the accusation that using gamification as a motivation tool, employers exploit workers. This article offers an in-depth analysis of the moral charge of exploitation. This article maintains that there are no clear grounds for believing that gamification of labor is exploitative and that if gamification of labor involves a wrong or vice, it must be something other than exploitation. 相似文献

In this paper, we investigate whether partial tax coordination is beneficial to countries within and outside a tax union, in which countries are supposed to compete in taxes and infrastructure. Our results demonstrate that a subgroup of countries agreeing on a common tax rate can harm both member and nonmember states. This is in contrast to the classical findings that partial tax harmonisation is Pareto improving. When a minimum tax rate is imposed within a tax union, we demonstrate that it does not necessarily improve the welfare of the member countries. Moreover, both the high‐tax and low‐tax countries can be worse off. This conclusion is at odds with the classical result that a high‐tax country benefits from the imposition of a lower tax bound. 相似文献

Drawing upon social capital theory and psychosocial development theory, this paper argues that a true buyer–seller relationship is a key determinant of favorable consumer behaviors for adolescent consumers of hairstylist services. Other important determinants include quality of the service delivery process (i.e., service quality as measured by the five SERVQUAL factors) and quality of the core service (in this case, the hairstylist's expertise). A survey of 350 adolescent consumers confirms these predictions. It shows that a true interpersonal relationship negatively moderates the positive effects of service quality on consumer satisfaction with, and overall assessment of the hairstylist. This negative moderating effect is labeled resource substitution benefit and the argument made that this is the fourth social capital benefit. 运用酶联免疫法和液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水产中的氯霉素残留。结果显示,ELISA法最低检测限为0.0125μg/kg,鱼、虾、贝类样本的添加回收率为80.4%-101.3%,变异系数为5.7%-11.5%;LC-MS/MS法最低检测限为0.1μg/kg,样本添加回收率为82.7%-98.2%,变异系数为6.2%-9.7%。用酶联免疫法对实际样品进行检测,筛选出5个阳性样本,经液相色谱-串联质谱法确证亦为阳性,且测定结果一致。研究表明,酶联免疫法快速、灵敏、可靠,为水产品中氯霉素的残留检测提供了快速筛选方法,而液相色谱-串联质谱法准确度高,适用于阳性样本的确证和精确定量。 相似文献

国际贸易与劳工标准挂钩已出现多种实现模式并存的局面。本文着重对现有的实施国际劳工标准的贸易制裁模式进行分析比较,梳理这些模式的适用条件和范围,预测这些模式的发展趋势。本文认为,贸易制裁模式强化了国际劳工标准在国际间的实施力度,但还有不少问题值得相关国家和组织继续探讨。纳入WTO制度的国际劳工标准实施模式将更具权威性、约束性和公正性。 相似文献

本文提出了一种新的混沌扩频序列产生方法。该方法基于神经网络的强大学习能力和副近非线性函数能力,应用具有全局最优的BP改进算法通过训练学习建立起具有混沌性态的优化神经网络模型,利用网络权值调整的灵活性来产生混沌扩频序列。计算机仿真结果表明,该模型产生的混沌扩频序列调整更容易,比基于单一混沌映射能产生更多符合扩频通信要求的扩频序列。 相似文献

On one hand, Chinese consumers are well known for conspicuous consumption and the adoption of luxury products and named brands.
On the other hand, they also have a bad reputation for buying counterfeit products. Their simultaneous preferences for two
contrasting types of product present a paradox that has not been addressed in the literature. This study attempts to present
an explanation of this paradox by examining the effects of traditional Chinese cultural values and consumer values on consumers’
deontological judgment of pirated CDs and the amount of social benefits they perceive they gain from them. We interviewed
300 Hong Kong Chinese consumers, and found that face consciousness increased materialism and risk aversion, thereby producing
a favorable deontological judgment of pirated CDs. Face consciousness also has a direct effect on the amount of social benefits
perceived in pirated CDs. Both favorable deontological judgment and perceived social benefits contributed to a strong intention
to buy pirated CDs. The results are discussed in a cultural perspective. 相似文献
