城乡统筹建设中金融发展的三个视角

本文对城乡统筹建设中金融发展问题的研究思路进行了总结。从如何实现金融业的城乡统筹发展、金融如何促进经济的城乡统筹、如何建立现代农村金融体系三个问题着手提出三个研究视角,简要分析城乡统筹建设中金融发展问题,为后续更加深入的研究提供参考。

Zusammenfasung  YOGA bei Gesundheitsproblemen — Yoga bietet viele übungen, die den unteren Rücken, Bauch und Oberschenkel st?rken, dabei Haltung und Aussehen verbessern und Kraft und Selbstvertrauen aufbauen. Und anstatt über Problemzonen zu lamentieren und zu (selbst)kritisch zu sein, ist es allemal besser, seine Energie ins üben zu stecken.     

Vulnerability,shocks and persistence of poverty: estimates for semi‐arid rural South India

This paper focuses on the vulnerability of rural households to poverty when a negative crop shock occurs. The analysis is based on the ICRISAT panel survey of households in a semi‐arid region in south India during 1975–84. Using a dynamic panel data model that takes into account effects of crop shocks, an assessment of vulnerability of different groups of households is carried out. What is somewhat surprising is that even sections of relatively affluent households are highly vulnerable to long spells of poverty when severe crop shocks occur. As such crop shocks are frequent in a harsh production environment, there must be a shift of emphasis in anti‐poverty measures from meeting income shortfalls among the poor to enabling the vulnerable to protect themselves better against these shocks.     

金融民主化视角下我国城乡金融差异及包容性发展对策分析

我国城乡二元金融非均衡发展态势显著,本文在引入金融民主化理念的基础上,基于该理论视角,结合近些年来的统计数据,分别从收入、银行信贷、保险覆盖等方面定量分析我国城乡金融发展水平和金融资源分布的差异。并针对具体的差异情况,尝试以金融民主化的理论思维为遏制城乡金融差异的进一步扩大、实现城乡金融包容性发展提供对策建议。     

An extremal and information-theoretic characterization of some interzonal transfer models

The paper develops a method of deriving gravity models from extremal principles. The prototype result yields the most popular gravity flow model characterized by an extremal principle. This principle is also for the first time elucidated as an information-theoretic one of choosing the distribution of interzonal transfers which gives least “information” (in the technical sense) for discrimination against a distribution reflecting the “facility” (reciprocal of the “difficulty”) of travel between zones.     

我国信贷政策导向效果评估的实践和思考

制定和实施宏观信贷指导政策是中国人民银行的主要职责之一。在金融调控以间接方式为主的情况下,人民银行进行制度创新,探索建立了信贷政策导向效果评估制度,并在地区层面和全国层面开展了实践。在"十二五"时期,为加大对实体经济的支持,促进经济发展方式转变和经济结构战略性调整,加大对经济薄弱环节和区域协调发展的支持、保障和改善民生,推动和谐社会建设,需要信贷政策发挥更加重要的作用。信贷政策导向效果评估制度是一项长期性制度建设工作,要不断总结经验,完善评估体系。
