论资源链环境累积成本

根据资源链与环境累积负荷的关系，阐述了资源链环境累积成本的构成，即资源能源消耗成本、环境污染成本和废弃物回收、再利用成本，探讨了其成本核算原理及在社会环境管理中的应用。首次提出了资源链环境累积成本的概念及核算，丰富了环境成本理论研究的内容。     

政府环境绩效审计助力水污染防治的效应研究——基于“三河三湖”显性中介的分析

为进一步探寻环境审计作用于环境质量的显性证据,基于“三河三湖”水污染防治绩效审计调查的经典项目,利用2006—2018年中国环境监测总站的重点河流水质量监测微观数据,运用双重差分、显性中介效应等方法对政府环境绩效审计助力水污染防治的效应进行实证分析。结果表明,政府环境绩效审计确实助力改善了“三河三湖”水质量且淮河与辽河的效应尤其显著,其主要通过促进生活性污染源防治改善了水质量,但未能显著促进通过生产性污染源防治来改善水质量。由此,应进一步加强政府环境绩效审计广度、深度、力度和频度以及增强审计结果应用、增加环境违法违规成本等。     

土壤污染修复基金PPP融资模式创新——基于演化博弈的分析

在多元治理趋势下,基于传统PPP模式分析引入中间组织,构建了符合我国国情的“中央—地方”两级土壤污染修复基金PIPP融资模式,并进一步探讨该融资模式架构、参与主体以及“政府—中间组织—私人部门”三者的利益互动博弈关系。在此基础上,结合株洲市清水塘工业区土壤污染修复案例,阐述土壤修复基金PIPP模式具体应用,利用Matlab软件进行仿真模拟以验证该模式的合理性,最后提出相关建议以期能为我国土壤修复基金的建设提供决策参考。     

共享审计师合作关系网络与会计信息可比性

以2010—2020年A股上市公司为研究样本,分析并检验样本公司与同行其他公司共享审计师合作关系网络对会计信息可比性的影响。研究发现,选择与同行共享审计师合作关系网络的公司会计信息可比性更高。当审计师合作关系网络具有行业专长、审计师处于网络核心位置、网络内同行审计师之间距离更近时,共享审计师合作关系网络对公司会计信息可比性的提升作用更强;此外,这一效应还受到事务所规模以及事务所转制等因素的影响。检验还发现,与同行公司共享审计师合作关系网络能够促进审计效率的提升,且不会造成客户信息的泄露。上述研究结论证实了与同行公司共享审计师合作关系网络会对会计信息可比性产生积极影响,拓展了审计团队领域以及事务所治理的相关研究文献,对保障和提升审计师的执业质量具有一定的启示意义。
