随着全球性的气候变化危机日益严重,国际碳交易成为抑制全球气候变暖的有效途径,它是利用市场机制引领低碳经济发展的必由之路。虽然国际碳交易市场蕴藏着巨大的经济利益,但是国际碳交易机制还没有完善。完美的国际碳交易机制应该是一种显示偏好博弈的过程,只有在国际碳市场中,每个博弈参与者都真实的反应自己的信息与偏好,最后的显示偏好博弈纳什均衡结果才能是帕累托有效、公平的。在国际节能减排事业中,我国应该积极的参与到国际碳交易的显示偏好博弈中,促使国际碳交易市场做到有效、公平、抗操纵且满足于个体理性,为完善国际碳交易机制做出更大的贡献。     

Standardization,A Hot Issue for IPR Discussion

Since becoming a WTO member in 2001, China has been involved in the discussion of two hot issues： one is the protection of intellectual property rights（IPRs）, and the other is the standardization in the industrial development. Hosted by the Ministry of Commerce（MOFCOM） and State Intellectual Property Office（SIPO）, ＂WTO： IPRs Issues in Standardization International Symposium＂ was held in Beijing on April 17, 2007.     

中国经济增长的需求分析及其政策含义

在需求分析框架下,本文综合运用OLS、可变参数模型状态空间表示等方法,实证分析了1978-2010年需求扩张及结构变动对中国经济增长的影响。研究结果表明:1978年以来,提高消费需求比提高投资需求和净出口需求更有利于中国经济持续稳定增长;1997年以来,消费率快速下降,消费需求的产出弹性快速下降,致使中国经济增长面临较强的消费需求约束。现实条件下,政府应通过大幅度提高消费需求、优化投资需求及净出口需求等政策措施来扩大内需进而调整需求结构以促进中国经济持续稳定增长。     

“国家队”持股影响审计收费吗？

选取2015—2020年我国A股上市公司为研究样本,实证检验“国家队”持股对审计收费的影响。研究发现,“国家队”持股与审计收费之间存在显著的负相关关系,且在内部控制不太完善的上市公司中其相关关系更为显著。影响机制研究发现：“国家队”持股可以通过降低企业风险来降低审计收费。采用倾向得分匹配、双重差分模型和工具变量等方法缓解内生性问题后,回归结果依然稳健。研究表明,“国家队”持股在审计收费中产生了重要作用,不仅将“国家队”持股的经济后果延伸到审计收费领域,还为影响审计收费的因素提供了新证据。
