家族控制、高管激励与企业社会责任——基于中国家族上市公司的实证研究

利用中国A股家族上市公司2010—2014年的数据,检验家族实际控制与企业社会责任（CSR）之间的关系,并研究高管薪酬激励强度对家族企业社会责任的影响程度。实证结果表明：家族实际控制程度越高,基于对家族社会情感财富的保护和增加,家族企业会更加倾向于承担更多的社会责任。家族企业对高管实行高强度的薪酬激励（包括年薪激励和股权激励）会导致高管减少对非财务目标之一的企业社会责任目标的关注,即家族企业的社会责任行为倾向会减弱。因此,家族企业不应对高管人员提供过高的薪酬激励,同时应该在绩效评价中增加情感目标等非财务目标的评价机制,鼓励高管人员在追求财务目标的同时追求情感目标。
