正视现状调整策略发展东盟贸易

中国—东盟贸易自由区将是“全球第三大市场”。随着双边贸易谈判进行，东盟贸易对中国经济影响越来越大。同时，东盟贸易也给中国企业带来无限商机。为此，我们应该积极进行应对，调整我们的策略，尽量在东盟贸易中赢得市场。     

施工企业对外承接项目的价值评估

本文通过工程实例说明,提供了作者进行施工企业评估过程中对其对外承接项目评估的思路和方法.提出了施工企业对其在外所承接项目的权益是一种债权,同时明确了合理确定项目给企业所能带来的应收工程款以及取得应收工程款可能发生的风险是此类项目评估的核心.     

他山之石——助学贷款的国际经验借鉴

中国从1999年开始推行国家助学贷款制度，到2004年12月底，已实际发放贷款80多亿元，享受贷款的学生超过数百万人。但是自从助学贷款制度推行以来，商业银行面临了巨大的风险和损失，实施助学贷款效果较差。助学贷款在美国以及日本已开展多年，积累了丰富经验，在贷款品种、担保方式和还贷机制上都已趋于完善。因此，借鉴国外助学贷款成功运作模式，对于完善我国贷学金资助工作将大有裨益。     

Financial integration and the price of world covariance risk: Large- vs. small-cap stocks

We investigate whether recent country-level evidence of global pricing is particular to large-cap stocks. Specifically, we examine cross-country return correlations and conduct asset pricing tests on three size-based stock portfolios for nine developed countries over the period from 1980 to 2004. We find that large-cap stocks realize significant comovements across countries, whereas small-cap stocks realize smaller average correlations (relative to both large-cap stocks and small-cap stocks across countries). More important, asset pricing tests suggest that while large-cap stocks are priced globally, global pricing is rejected for most small-cap stocks. Finally, the evidence indicates that financial integration deepened in recent years primarily for large-cap stocks. Overall, the results suggest that the global pricing pertains chiefly to large-cap stocks.     

Antecedents of private label attitude and national brand promotion attitude: similarities and differences

A model that addresses the similarities and differences in conceptual antecedents of attitudes toward private label grocery products and national brand promotions is proposed and tested. The proposed model is tested using a sample of 300 consumers who were recruited from grocery stores, provided behavioral data from sales receipts of their shopping trip, and responded to a survey that contained multi-item construct measures. We predict and find in the study that both price and nonprice related constructs impact both private label attitude and national brand promotion attitude, but the directionality and strength of several of these relationships differ. Implications of these findings for retailers and national manufacturers are discussed.     

关于建立中小企业政策性银行的思考

中国政府已将中小企业发展列为施政重点,希望以此来刺激需求和创造更多的就业机会。但以民营企业为主的广大中小企业在获得金融服务和资金融通方面面临困难。本文从建立政策性银行的理论依据、国外经验借鉴等方面进行分析,论证了建立中小企业政策性银行的可行性,提出了设立实施的基本构想。     

基于更新理论的产品保修策略模型

产品价格的确定不仅取决于生产成本 ,还应包涵服务成本。非价格竞争下 ,产品保修是售后服务的主要内容。本文运用更新报酬理论 ,建立了产品保修策略模型。模型表明 :在消费转型时代 ,只有引入产品的差异性、降低生产成本、提高产品质量、延长产品寿命、制订合适的保修策略 ,才能保障合理的厂商利润 ,有效刺激需求。     

公路建设中路线方案多属性决策方法的研究

路线方案的比选是公路建设项目前期的一项重要工作,直接影响着项目建设能否达到预期的目标以及项目投入运营中的使用效果,如行车的安全性、舒适性、快捷性等。进行路线方案比选时,要考虑路线的线形合理性、对周边地区环境影响,项目经济效益、施工难易等多种因素对影响。本文在分析路线方案比选复杂性的基础上,对多种决策方法进行对比,选择TOPSIS法作为路线方案的决策方法。算例的结果表明该方法应用的可行性和有效性。
