基于指挥信息系统的通信部队指挥应用分析

随着指挥信息系统在全军的广泛运用,指挥方式由传统的"树状"改变为"网状"、"扁平状"。然而现通信部队在开展指挥信息系统训练、应用上还存在一定的短板,在提高整个部队的指挥能力上无法提供高效支持,文章对通信部队的指挥信息系统在实际运用上进行了初步分析,并指出了目前存在的不足,对如何提高通信部队利用指挥信息系统提高整体作战能力提出了对策和建议,对提高指挥信息系统在实际中的应用具有积极意义。     

A quantitative perspective of Porter's industry forces framework for investment analysis

Porter's industry forces framework is an important tool for external analysis of firms, but its qualitative nature presents numerous limitations to be used in investment analysis. This study introduces a quantitative perspective of the framework using financial information proxies. This allows investors to gauge the external factors quantitatively and to gain enhanced framework usability. In order to test its validity, the correlation movements of our quantitative perspective have been analysed. For demonstration of enhanced usability, our quantitative perspective, alongside machine learning models, was used to predict business performances. The empirical results indicate that our quantitative perspective of the framework corroborates with its original definition and that it exhibits enhanced usability than the original framework.     

论农村闲置宅基地与农房收储的制度构建

农村闲置宅基地与农房收储制度是全面推进乡村振兴背景下盘活利用闲置宅基地与农房的前提和基础.目前,在深化宅基地制度改革中,仅有少数地区进行了探索,尚未形成系统的收储制度.闲置宅基地与农房收储的实践探索主要分为村集体主导和政府主导两种模式.闲置宅基地与农房收储制度应从制定收储指导意见、设置管理模式及机构、明确收储条件和补偿标准、强化收储资金保障、健全收储程序、完善收储监管与责任等方面进行系统构建.闲置宅基地与农房收储后可通过复垦复耕统筹使用,纳入集体经营性建设用地并入市流转,发展休闲农业和乡村旅游产业,兴办厂房、仓储或发展特色产业等路径,激活"沉睡"闲置的宅基地与农房,实现宅基地与农房由资产到资金的蜕变.     

Portfolio manager home-country culture and mutual fund risk-taking

I find that home-country culture affects portfolio managers’ investment risk-taking and performance. I focus on security value, which measures the degree to which people in a country assign importance to security, safety, and stability. Funds managed by managers from countries with higher security value exhibit lower fund return volatility, trade less frequently, and follow benchmarks more closely. These funds also tend to avoid lottery-type stocks and hence perform significantly better. However, the impact of home-country security value decays as managers spend more time away from their home countries.     

Spontaneous economic order

This paper provides attempts to formalize Hayek’s notion of spontaneous order within the framework of an Arrow-Debreu economy. Our study shows that, if a competitive economy is sufficiently fair and free, a spontaneous economic order will emerge in long-run competitive equilibria so that social members spontaneously occupy an unplanned distribution of income. Despite this, the spontaneous order may degenerate in the form of economic crises whenever an equilibrium economy approaches the extreme competition. Remarkably, such a theoretical framework of spontaneous order provides a bridge linking Austrian economics and neoclassical economics, where a truth begins to emerge: “Freedom promotes technological progress”.
