影片《功夫熊猫》中美国文化的模因分析

模因论是解释文化进化规律的一种新理论。运用模因论对美国动画电影《功夫熊猫》进行研究，可探讨其中独特的美国文化模因，即个人主义的复制及传播。     

新型小农经济发展观

小农经济以其独特的生命力生存于历史近万年,但传统的小农经济与社会主义公有制存在冲突。在社会主义社会大背景中,唯有在科学发展观指导下,对小农经济科学改造,形成新型小农经济—家庭承包经营,才能赋予了它新的生命力,并使其不断完善,走出具有中国特色的农村、农业社会主义现代化道路。     

由家族信任到社会信任:家族企业走向职业化管理的必由之路

由于中国社会将信任建立在家族血缘关系上,社会信任普遍缺失,家族制就成为民营企业的唯一选择。民营企业要想走上职业化管理之路,打破家族信任、构建社会信任就成为必然选择。一方面,作为外部社会制度的供给者,政府应构建以法制为基础的社会信任机制;另一方面,作为内部企业制度的供给者,家族企业应建立健全各项内部制度,构筑委托代理双方的心理契约,使之形成长期稳定的信任模式。     

How online service recovery approaches bolster recovery performance? A multi-level perspective

Employees are often sandwiched between understandable customer grievances and unchangeable organizational policies: only when employees feel fairly treated will they treat customers fairly. Most previous studies focused on external service recovery systems for customers, but neglected internal service recovery systems for frontline employees. By extending Homburg and Fürst’s research, this study adopts a multi-level perspective to explore the influences of the mechanistic approach (process guidelines, behaviour guidelines, and compensation guidelines) and the organic approach of service recovery (empowerment and recovery culture) on frontline employees’ responses (recovery efficacy, accountability, and performance) towards implementing a service recovery within an online auction context.     

Local banking and local economic growth in Italy: some panel evidence

This article provides new evidence on the contribution of local banking to local economic growth (i.e. at county level – the Italian ‘province’) in Italy. A comprehensive data set is used, which includes control variables for social capital and human capital as well as indicators of the quality of local infrastructures and the production structure of the local economy. A linear within-estimator technique with fixed effects is applied to a modified version of the so-called Barro regression in order to address the well-known econometric issues of reverse causality and estimation bias resulting from unobserved district-specific influences.     

我国刑事案件速裁程序建构之探索

司法改革提出速裁程序试点的方案,是解决我国当前"案多人少"矛盾、优化司法资源配置的理性选择。刑事案件速裁程序作为简易程序之后的新尝试,需要明确其所适用的条件及范围,合理简化普通诉讼程序中的相关步骤。要在公正优先、兼顾效率的基础上,以保障双方当事人的合法权益为出发点,寻求一条更科学,更可行的轻微刑事案件的诉讼程序。同时,提出了简化诉讼程序的方案:1)简化具体的诉讼流程;2)缩短速裁程序审判期限;3)增加不公开审判的情形。     

Revisiting Border Effect: Evidence from Taobao.com in China

Inherent home bias and trade barriers (particularly local protectionism in China), which are difficult to separate, are two main explanations of border effect. We attempt to solve this problem by analyzing online trade. Different from offline trade, inherent home bias is the only cause of online border effect because local governments are usually unable to restrict online trade. Thus, the difference between the border effect in online and offline trade can be reasonably interpreted as the existence of government protectionism in the offline market. We find a statistically significant difference between online and offline border effects in China, which can be interpreted as strong evidence that policy barriers remain significant and hinder interregional trade.

约翰·贝拉米·福斯特一直致力于研究马克思是否是一位生态学家,通过详细考察后他认为：伊壁鸠鲁关于唯物主义和自由思想构成了马克思主义哲学的唯物主义传统;达尔文的生物进化论思想构成了马克思主义哲学的历史和实践基础;二人理论中包含的大量生态思想构成了马克思主义哲学的生态基础。这样,福斯特就从本体论、认识论和实践的唯物主义角度构建了马克思生态唯物主义。

Are long‐term incentive plans an effective and efficient way of motivating senior executives?

Research on senior executive reward has typically explored the connection between pay, performance and the alignment of interests of executives and shareholders. This article examines the relationship between reward and motivation, drawing on the psychological, behavioural economics and decision‐making literatures. Based on an empirical study of FTSE 350 senior executives, the research examines whether long‐term incentive plans are an effective and efficient way of motivating executives, taking into account risk, time discounting, uncertainty and fairness. The article concludes that the way executives frame choices, perceive value, assess probability, evaluate temporal effects and respond to uncertainty means that long‐term incentive plans (LTIPs) are generally not efficient and are often not effective in meeting their objectives. It proposes that, in its current form, agency theory does not provide a sound basis for modelling senior executive reward, and suggests five areas for development.
