电信市场演化与政府管制——基于随机试验的模型分析

本文针对我国电信市场的行业特征,在充分讨论消费者选择和企业决策的基础上构建了一个N次多期迭代的基于随机试验的模型,模拟政府管制政策影响下的市场演化,以判断当前的管制政策是否是有效率的.研究结论认为:以提高分配效率为目的的价格上限在市场充分竞争的条件下可能损害消费者长期利益;潜在的价格下限管制保障了弱势企业的生存空间,并以促进竞争的方式提高了消费者福利.     

A CLASS OF PERFORMANCE‐BASED SUBSIDY RULES*

We consider a benchmark static incentive scheme, i.e. a per unit subsidy, that induces a monopoly to produce a target output level. We show that the same output level can be achieved by a continuum of dynamic subsidy rules based on a performance indicator. The rules require only local information. The present value of the subsidies paid is smaller than the amount paid under the static subsidy. Each of the dynamic subsidy rules results at each moment in a lower per unit subsidy than the static subsidy. The subsidy rate depends on a state variable that reflects the monopolist's performance history.

在当前状况下,构建金融控股公司是我国商业银行实践混业经营的一种有效的组织模式选择,其原因除了金融控股公司特有的组织结构和经营方式上的特征外,还能有效地避开法律对于混业经营的限制;有效阻断银行、证券、保险和其他金融业务的风险传递;有利于进行金融监管。现阶段以商业银行为主导构建金融控股公司、实践混业经营的过程中,应该把握好若干主要方面,即国有商业银行的股份制改造、组织机构整合与上市;利用兼并、收购、合并等手段实现扩张;对现有不规范的金融控股公司进行规范和完善;还要注重建立内部“防火墙”制度。     

Time-varying managerial overconfidence and pecking order preference

This paper examines whether managerial overconfidence enhances or weakens pecking order preference. We construct time-varying managerial words-based (i.e. tone of Chairman’s Statement) and action-based (i.e. firm investment and directors’ trading) overconfidence measures. Both optimistic tone and industry-adjusted investment have significant and negative impacts on the pecking order coefficient in the Shyam-Sunder and Myers (J Financ Econ 51:219–244, 1999) regression framework. Overconfident managers tend to use more equity than debt to finance deficits. This new evidence is consistent with the proposition that overconfident managers who underestimate the riskiness of future earnings believe that their debt (equity) is undervalued (overvalued) and therefore prefer equity to debt financing. Thus, managerial overconfidence can lead to a reverse pecking order preference. We also find that managerial overconfidence significantly weakens pecking order preference especially in firms with high earnings volatility and small firms.     

Pairing provision price and default remedy: optimal two‐stage procurement with private R&D efficiency

This article studies cost‐minimizing two‐stage procurement with Research and Development (R&D). The principal wishes to procure a product from an agent. At the first stage, the agent can conduct R&D to discover a more cost‐efficient production technology. First‐stage R&D efficiency and effort and the realized second‐stage production cost are the agent's private information. The optimal two‐stage mechanism is implemented by a menu of single‐stage contracts, each specifying a fixed provision price and remedy paid by a defaulting agent. A higher delivery price is paired with a higher default remedy, and a more efficient type opts for a higher price and higher remedy.     

社会资本对高新技术企业融资行为的影响研究

将社会资本这一社会学概念引入到金融学领域展开研究,为优化企业融资决策拓 展了新的思路。本文以2011年1月1日之前在深圳交易所创业板上市的高新技术企业为研究样 本,实证分析了社会资本对高新技术企业融资行为的影响。研究发现：社会资本能帮助企业积 累良好的声誉以及获取关键性资源,对我国高新技术企业融资行为产生了积极的影响;并且, 社会资本越高的企业,选择债务融资方式的可能性越高。     

库存和运输一体化的物流优化模型研究

应用线性规划模型,以R-System(Retailer System)为例研究库存-运输联合优化问题,使用Lindo软件进行验证,并与传统的优化方法进行比较,证明其优越性,且简洁实用。
