落实科学发展观 推进政府决策的绿色化转型

政府决策绿色化转型,对纠正片面的经济增长方式具有重要作用,而且对促进经济、社会、生态可持续协调发展有决定性意义。尤其在生态环境遭到严重破坏、自然灾害频繁发生的情况下,政府决策绿色化转型,无论从实践中,还是理论上来说,更加显得紧迫和重要。     

谈政府在民族地区特色产业孵化中的作用

发展少数民族地区的特色产业,是解决少数民族地区经济发展问题的有效途径,是解决我国民族问题的方法之一。我国少数民族地区特色产业作为一种相对较新的产业模式,仍然存在着许多亟待解决的问题。将企业孵化的模式引入少数民族特色产业中来,可以有效的解决特色产业发展初期面临的困难。本文以促成少数民族特色产业与企业孵化相结合为目的,从政府的角度出发,剖析了政府在民族地区特色产业孵化的过程中应起的作用,需扮演的角色以及要注意的问题。     

Investigation of institutional changes in the UK housing market using structural break tests and time-varying parameter models

This paper investigates the effects of institutional changes within the UK housing market in recent decades using structural break tests and time-varying parameter models. This approach is motivated by models of institutional change drawn from the political science literature which focus on the existence of both fast-moving and slow-moving institutional changes and the interactions between them as drivers of the dynamics of asset prices. As a methodological contribution, we use several time-varying parameter models for the first time in investigations of institutional change. Our findings support the existence of both structural breaks and continuous variance in parameters. This contributes to our understanding of the housing market in two respects. Firstly, the dates of structural breaks appear to better match unexpected market shocks rather than remarkable political events, and this supports prior institutional theory. Secondly, assessment of the effect of slow-moving institutional changes shows that people’s biased expectations rather than the economic fundamentals have increasingly played an important role in driving housing prices in the short run although fundamentals continue to drive house prices to converge to their long-run equilibrium.     

165名乡村医生现状的调查和分析

采用问卷调查法调查165名乡村医生的现状,找出存在的问题并分析其原因。结果为:乡村医生男女比例是1.84∶1,中专学历的医生占总人数的47.27%,大专及以上学历的占总人数的11.51%;取得执业(助理)医师资格的医生占总人数的1.82%,取得中级职称的占总人数的4.85%,取得初级职称的占总人数的21.82%;对目前生活状况满意的医生占总人数的23.64%,不满意的占总人数的30.91%。乡村医生受教育程度低,专业素质差,生活满意度低。     

关于中国旅馆业立法的思考

本文集中讨论了中国旅馆业立法的必要性和迫切性、中国旅馆业立法的现实基础、中国旅馆业立法的几个关键性问题等3方面内容.中国的旅馆业立法势在必行,目前已经具备了坚实的社会基础和较为充足的立法条件.在中国旅馆业立法中有5个关键性问题必须引起足够的重视,这些问题分别是旅馆业立法的指导思想、旅馆业立法的位阶、旅馆法的调整范围和基本内容、旅馆业立法和实施机制的关系以及旅馆业国内立法和国际立法的衔接.     

地质雷达探测技术在水库放水洞病害治理中的应用

为解决新疆努尔加水库放水洞内壁渗水、渍水等病害问题,根据工程特征和病害治理的要求,运用地质雷达探测技术对放水涵洞进行了检测.采用地质雷达探测仪,对放水涵洞洞身进行全断面扫描,完成了八条雷达测试剖面线.探测涉及的介质有砂砾石层、黏土、沙土、泥岩、砂岩、混凝土、钢筋、钢管、地下水、空气.通过分析探测目标体的电性差异和边界特...     

An investigation of the relationships between compensation practices and firm performance in the US hotel industry

Drawing on a sample of 1223 US hotels, this paper examines the relationships between compensation (direct and indirect) practices in hotel organizations and their performance. The results show that in the case of management employees, direct compensation fully mediated the relationship between indirect compensation and hotel performance. In the case of non-management employees, however, such relationship was only partially mediated by direct compensation. It is therefore important for hotel industry HR executives to pay greater attention to the nature and level of benefits being offered to non-management employees. For management employees, on the other hand, it is more important to attend to the level of direct compensation in order to ensure higher levels of organizational performance.     

我国“十二五”发展的条件、环境和任务

＂十二五＂是基于建国60周年经济社会发展基础上新的建设时期,也是在国际金融危机后中国将要实行的第一个五年规划,本文在分析我国现阶段经济社会发展初始条件基础上,从内部环境、国际环境、体制环境等视角研究了金融危机后我国面临的国内外经济变量,指出了＂十二五＂期间我国经济发展面临的机遇,最后提出了我国经济发展的任务。     

数字偏好与股票收益异常——来自上海证券交易所的经验证据

本文研究股票代码对股票收益的影响。研究发现,由于数字偏好效应的存在,投资者刻意回避代码以“4”结尾的股票。在较长时间内,尾数是“4”的股票收益低于给定风险水平下的市场必要收益。但这一现象受到股市行情的影响,牛市行情时,投资者回避“4”的行为表现明显,而熊市行情时则会趋向消失。具体表现为：牛市行情下,“4”组合的资产收益小于给定风险水平下的市场必要收益,熊市行情则无此现象。本文从行为金融莹晶当磨时杖一仑蜃由市扬耳夔讲符T觎崧
