What is digital possession and how to study it: a conversation with Russell Belk,Rebecca Mardon,Giana M. Eckhardt,Varala Maraj,Will Odom,Massimo Airoldi,Alessandro Caliandro,Mike Molesworth and Alessandro Gandini

ABSTRACT

The platformisation of digital consumption, means that increasingly many of the things that we call ours – our messages, photos, music, achievements – are entangled in complex socio-technical arrangements which require ongoing market mediation. In this context, refining our understanding of what digital possessions are and how to study them is vital. This requires refocusing research away from existing comparative analyses between digital and material possessions. To do so, we organised an interdisciplinary roundtable discussion with critical marketers and digital media scholars, consumer researchers, digital sociologists and researchers in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) at the 11^th Interpretive Consumer Research Conference held in Lyon in May 2019. The result of that discussion is this curation of comments which deal with theoretical, methodological and critical issues and a bold agenda for future research.     

The Influence of Riparian Protection Measures on Residential Property Values: The Case of the Oregon Plan for Salmon and Watersheds

The Oregon Plan for Salmon and Watersheds encourages residential property owners to plant riparian buffers in an effort to reduce stream temperature and thus improve fish habitat. This study estimates the change in the value of streamside residential properties in response to planting a treed riparian buffer. A hedonic pricing analysis suggests that treed riparian buffers reduce the market value of stream-front residential property in the study area.     

基于知识产权外部商用化的知识收入研究

针对封闭式创新模式中企业知识产权闲置和知识溢出的现象,在总结开放式创新的理念和分类的基础上,提出了知识产权外部商用化的概念,并对知识产权使用率和所有权占有率进行分类讨论,概括了知识产权外部商用化的途径。得出结论:通过知识产权外部商用化获得的知识收入有别于传统的通过产品销售、劳务提供和有形资产获得的收入,前者是企业特殊的无形资产收入;提高知识收入对于企业发展具有经济价值和战略意义。     

关于生产成本核算分析

在推行现代企业制度的企业里,要提高企业的经济效益,降低产品成本是一个重要的途径.成本是反映企业生产经营状况的最主要的综合性指标,只有把控制成本摆放在最突出的位置上,企业才能适应市场要求,取得经济效益.以最低的消耗获取最佳的经济效益,是企业经营者所追求的目标.     

媒体情绪与房价波动*

本文使用2000—2015年中国112个大中城市媒体报道和房价月度指数研究了媒体异质性对房价波动的影响。研究发现，纸媒情绪对房价波动的影响大于网媒情绪，中央媒体情绪对房价波动的影响大于地方媒体情绪，明星微博情绪对房价波动的影响大于普通微博情绪，媒体语气确定性和报道篇幅对房价波动有正影响，明星城市媒体情绪较非明星城市更易引起房价波动。据此，为防范非理性房价波动，应加强对不同媒体报道的监管。     

新形势下江苏高新技术产品出口研究

金融危机对我国整体的外贸出口造成了不小的冲击,其中高新技术产品的出口在新形势下对经济的拉动作用尤为突出。本文分析了金融危机对江苏省高新技术产品出口的影响,探讨其产业内部存在的问题,并提出相关政策建议。     

中国人面子心理的文化解读

面子在中国人的社会生活中起着很重要的作用，面子与脸能解释和调节中国人的社会行为。面子的形成有其特定的社会机制，它与中国传统的家族制度、熟人社会和儒家文化相关。面子一定意义上代表着人的尊严，适当爱面子是人对自身形象的维护，但是爱面子超过一定限度．则是脱离客观实际的虚荣心的表现，甚至成为弄虚作假的社会心理基础。     

人民币汇率变化的就业效应研究——基于广东省样本数据的实证检验

文章首先用加权算术平均法测算出针对广东省的人民币实际有效汇率,然后利用广东省各市2003～2010年的面板数据,实证检验人民币实际有效汇率对广东省就业的影响。结论表明:人民币实际有效汇率升值会显著减少广东省就业;经济开放度越高、第二产业占比越高,人民币实际有效汇率的升值对就业的负面影响越大。最后针对该结论提出了在升值背景下如何促进广东省就业的政策建议。     

试论实现企业成本管理创新的必要性

成本管理是所有企业管理中的不可或缺的一个非常重要的环节,更是企业提高竞争力的重要手段,本文浅略分析了企业在成本管理方面存在的一些问题,同时就如何有效实现企业成本管理创新提出了拙见。     

Unilateral CVA for CDS in a contagion model with stochastic pre-intensity and interest

Price of a financial derivative with unilateral counterparty credit risk equals to the price of an otherwise risk-free derivative minus a credit value adjustment (CVA) component, which can be seen as a call option on investor's NPV with strike 0. Thus modeling volatility of NPV is the foundation for CVA valuation. This paper assumes that default times of counterparty and reference firm follow a special contagion model with stochastic pre-intensities that allows for explicit formulas for default probabilities. Stochastic interest rate is also incorporated to account for positive correlation between pre-intensity and interest. Survival measure approach is employed to calculate NPV of a risk-free CDS, and semi-analytical solution for CVA is obtained through affine specifications. Numerical analysis shows that contagion has more significant impact on CVA than diffusion of pre-intensities, and the positive correlation between interest and reference firm's pre-intensity has monotonic decreasing impact on CVA.
