物流职业技能竞赛与项目化教学改革相结合的探索和实践

本文通过南京工业职业技术学院物流管理专业项目化教学改革的实践案例,对工学结合的人才培养模式改革与创新进行了探讨。提出高职教育应强化学生的岗位技能和综合职业能力培养,把职业技能竞赛与项目化教学改革相结合,将竞赛内容和评判标准制度化地融入项目教学当中,实现课程"教、学、做、赛"一体化管理。

首先概述了舰载直升机战时外场机务维修保障的概念,提出了维修保障的要求,最后,以作战和训练需求为牵引,分析了舰载直升机战时外场机务维修保障的模式。     

土地市场中开发商行贿可能的定量判断

采用probit回归模型、线性回归模型以及引入工具变量的robust检验,对土地市场中开发商行贿的可能进行定量判断,研究发现:1.开发商行贿与其支付能力和拒绝能力的强弱分不开,支付能力与拒绝能力的组合,伴随着开发商对成本——收益的理性权衡,从而出现行贿的概率变化和程度变化;2.开发商行贿植根于土地市场政府管制的特定环境,政府管制使开发商行贿成为必然,而且管制的范围、官员自由裁量权的大小左右着贿金的金额和开发商的未来收益。     

Management Earnings Forecasts,Earnings Announcements,and Institutional Trading in China

Abstract:

In this study, we investigate the trading behavior of institutional investors in China according to management earnings forecasts (MEFs) and earnings announcements (EAs). MEFs are mandatory under the stringent regulatory framework in China. We find evidence that both MEFs and EAs have an effect on the market. However, MEFs have a bigger effect on the market than do EAs. According to a sample of semiannual observations of firms from 2003 to 2008, we find that changes in the stock ownership of institutions are positively associated with EAs but not significantly associated with MEFs. When we further examine the relations between institutional characteristics and trading strategies, we find that growth funds exploit the arbitrage opportunity of MEFs.     

IPO initial returns in China: Underpricing or overvaluation?

This paper separates the amount of IPO underpricing(primary market underpricing) and overvaluation(secondary market overvaluation) from the value of an IPO's initial return to evaluate the relative importance of these two factors and their main determinants. Using data on the IPOs of 948 Chinese firms, we find that average initial returns are 66% and that underpricing and overvaluation are between 14–22% and 44–53%, respectively, depending on the method used to assess firms' intrinsic values. In addition, while both the value of the initial return and the extent of overvaluation are significantly negatively related to post-IPO long-run stock performance, overvaluation can predict post-IPO performance better than the value of the initial return. Value uncertainty in IPOs is positively related to both underpricing and overvaluation, and both the underwriter's reputation and the existence of pricing regulation are positively related to underpricing. Investor sentiment has a positive effect on overvaluation but has no effect or a negative effect on underpricing. Overall, our results suggest that in China overvaluation accounts for a larger proportion of the initial return than underpricing,and that underpricing and overvaluation have different determinants.     

复合土钉墙的变形分析

探讨、分析了复合土钉墙的水平变形,认为复合土钉墙变形与土钉墙变形是有很大不同的,前者最大位移在基坑中部偏下,后者最大位移则在墙顶。由实测和理论分析表明复合土钉墙的变形是由剪切变形、弯曲变形以及墙底基底以下土体变形组成。     

浅析会计专业教学改革

现有的会计教学与企业需求的会计人才存在较大差距,会计专业教学存在的问题很多,文章根据高职高专会计专业的人才培养目标,以会计人才市场为导向,就如何创新进行探讨并提出相应的解决措施,以期实现会计专业教学的创新,以及会计人才的创新和创业能力的培养,满足企业对会计人才的需求。

文章从湖北省十堰市"建设区域性中心城市"的战略目标为出发点,分析了该市医疗卫生事业的发展现状,探讨了如何服从大局,抢抓机遇,构建公益目标明确、布局合理、结构优化的医疗卫生服务体系的方法和途径。     

ERP动态领域模型

ERP系统中模块很多,使用常规的方法对每个模块分别建模,必然增加开发和维护的成本。结合ERP系统的特点,金蝶公司提出了ERP动态领域模型的概念。将ERP中的概念抽象成模型-元素-属性三层结构,并以此为基础设计了一套开发系统。可以在不修改源代码的基础上,新增或修改模块。还具有独特的模型解释系统,设计出来的产品具有良好的动态性。     

陕西省民办高校青年教师职业生涯规划研究

陕西省是教育大省,其中民办教育为社会作出了巨大贡献。但陕西民办高等教育的师资,尤其是青年教师的职业生涯规划缺失问题仍是制约其发展的重要因素。本文综合运用了文献分析、观察法和访谈调查法,从陕西民办高校青年教师职业生涯的个人影响因素及学校发展的角度出发,结合职业生涯规划理论,通过分析陕西民办高校青年教师职业生涯规划的现状、存在问题,探寻青年教师职业生涯有效设计的解决方案。
