中西人本管理比较

本文通过对中西方人本管理的起源和主要理论观点的梳理比较,提出转型期中国传统人本管理需要进行现代转换,这种现代转换体现着人本管理与中国具体的社会发展阶段相适应的基本原则,科学精神与人文情怀的统一应成为现代人本管理理论建构的重要条件。     

国际经验对促进苏州市民营科技企业发展的启示

从分析苏州市民营科技企业发展中存在的主要问题入手，探讨了发展民营科技企业的国际经验，并提出了发展苏州市民营科技企业的对策和建议，指出借鉴国际经验发展民营科技企业，对于苏州市发展高新技术产业，构建经济发展新格局具有特别重要的意义。     

美、日地方公债制度的比较研究及其借鉴

随着经济的发展和政府职能由管理型向服务型的转变，地方政府在提供公共产品方面的财政支出规模也随之扩大。为了解决地方政府资金供需之间的矛盾，允许地方政府发行债券已是大势所趋。对美、日发达国家地方公债的发行情况进行研究，会对我国地方政府发行公债有所启示。     

Strategic Staffing and Small‐Firm Performance

Although staffing can be a critical determinant of whether small businesses succeed or fail, there has been less research in this area than might be expected, given the large numbers of such firms. While there has been some research on specific recruiting and selection practices, there has been little attention to the strategic aspects of staffing. We investigated relationships between strategic approaches to staffing and small‐firm performance using lagged survey data from 139 founders and owners of small firms. Results indicate that recruiting approaches imitating the practices (processes) of larger businesses are positively related to a perceptual measure of firm performance. Selection approaches stressing a growth orientation are also positively related to firm performance. Finally, founders’ and owners’ perceptions of the strategic importance of human resources moderate the relationship of firm performance with imitative recruiting practices as well as with growth‐oriented selection practices. An important contribution of this article is that contextual knowledge facilitates our understanding of the performance implications of staffing practices in small firms. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     

ROSA,ROSAE, ROSIS: modelling a regional open sectoral innovation system

The literature on territorial innovation modes has identified the development of a diverse set of innovation systems at multiple levels of analysis. However, there are certain gaps that do not allow their adaptation to the particularities of certain territories. Despite the multiple concepts related to innovation systems approach, the state of the art does not yet provide a useful analytical approach for a deep and comprehensive characterization of territories with a high sectoral and technological specialization. This paper introduces an analytical framework based on a regional open and sectoral innovation system, which is qualitatively tested in the Durango County (Spain). The aim of this paper is to introduce a subtype of innovation system that meets the requirements and needs of a located micro-territory with a high level of sectoral specialization.     

我国知识产权战略制定与实施的WTO视角

本文基于WTO规则的考察，认为我国知识产权战略制定的关键在于构建一个有利于其实施的非价格竞争的市场基础，既不仅需要对现有的科技体制和观念进行创新，更需要对我国目前以低价竞争为主导的市场机制进行创新。     

Small Area Estimation for Disease Prevalence Mapping

Small area estimation (SAE) entails estimating characteristics of interest for domains, often geographical areas, in which there may be few or no samples available. SAE has a long history and a wide variety of methods have been suggested, from a bewildering range of philosophical standpoints. We describe design-based and model-based approaches and models that are specified at the area level and at the unit level, focusing on health applications and fully Bayesian spatial models. The use of auxiliary information is a key ingredient for successful inference when response data are sparse, and we discuss a number of approaches that allow the inclusion of covariate data. SAE for HIV prevalence, using data collected from a Demographic Health Survey in Malawi in 2015–2016, is used to illustrate a number of techniques. The potential use of SAE techniques for outcomes related to coronavirus disease 2019 is discussed.     

The political constitution of labour from Donovan to Blair

This article looks at changing patterns of labour regulation over the last 50 years ago. We begin with the contribution of the ‘Oxford School’ within industrial relations analysis and its influence on the Donovan Royal Commission. We then discuss the architecture of the British corporate state and the approach of successive Conservative administrations between 1979 and 1997. Next, we consider labour market analysis and interventions under New Labour alongside emerging European influences and rights-based models of justice. We conclude with some final comments regarding contemporary labour market thinking.

企业研究院是企业的研发和创新中心,高新区是区域创新的重要平台和载体,创新网络是高新园区创新发展的重要动力来源。从企业研究院角度出发,对企业研究院嵌入高新区后的创新网络结构溢出途径和溢出效应进行分析。结合新昌高新技术产业园区,探讨了企业研究院在新昌高新区创新网络结构建设、创新溢出效应等方面的作用机理,并提出推动园区创新发展的相关建议。
