基于归因差异的名人负面信息影响机制

国外学者从不同视角深入探讨了名人负面信息对其代言品牌的影响机制。本研究基于归因理论的应用与深入分析,提出消费者对名人负面信息的归因差异会影响其对代言品牌的评价,而名人负面信息架构与名人品牌资产会影响消费者的归因。     

物流上市公司经营效率评价:基于2007-2010的实证研究

用C2R-BC2模型动态评价了37家物流上市公司2007-2010年间的经营效率。研究发现总技术效率值较低,且受金融危机影响大幅下降,四年间都达到DEA有效的只有5家公司;纯技术效率值较高,几乎不受金融危机影响,四年间都达到DEA有效的有13家公司;规模效率值也较低,而且与总技术效率值呈现出一致趋势的变化,同样受金融危机影响而大幅下降,四年间都达到DEA有效的也只有5家公司;在地区差异上,西部地区和环渤海地区经营效率相对较高。因此,规模效率是决定物流上市公司经营效率的主要因素,而且物流上市经营效率受金融危机等宏观经济因素影响的程度非常大。

泰州市当地居民旅游感知的实证研究

本文通过对泰州居民感知进行实地调查,发现目前泰州旅游业处于发展初期,居民对于负面影响的感知还不是很强烈;居民对于旅游环境的正面影响感知虽然比较强烈,但是分歧也较大,城市环境有待进一步提高,对于旅游发展给环境带来的负面影响一部分居民没有明确表态,还处于观察的阶段。居民感知的实证研究能够为刚刚起步的泰州旅游业提供一些有价值的参考建议。     

Improving survey research using diagrams of data structure

Using diagrams of data structure, or conceptual models, is important in businesses. Survey research often has if-then data structure, but discussion of diagramming survey data structure is rare. This study uses the U.S. Fishing, Hunting and Wildlife-Associated Recreation (FHWAR) survey data and a Taiwan survey in the analysis of benefits of using data structure diagrams in survey research. Examples of data structure diagram use show how diagramming can support consistent and logical data collection, as well as improved data storage and analysis. Analysis also shows how storing if-then (conditional) data in entities/tables allows simple and intuitively meaningful unconditional variable names and can facilitate consideration of conditions that should/can affect analysis. A general conclusion is that the time has come for tourism and business survey researchers to benefit from using diagrams of data structure in planning data accumulation and to benefit from using modern systems in data collection, storage and analysis.

文章利用统计分析方法和计量模型,引入城乡储蓄存款年末余额、财政支出总量、固定资产投资总量、进出口总量等六个解释变量,用最新的数据探讨我国国内生产总值预测模型。     

Coordinated capacity migration and expansion planning for semiconductor manufacturing under demand uncertainties

Semiconductor industry is very capital intensive in which capacity utilization significantly affect the capital effectiveness and profitability of semiconductor manufacturing companies. Due to constant technology advance driven by Moore's Law in semiconductor industry, multiple production technologies generally co-exist in a wafer fabrication facility with utilization of a pool of common tools for multiple technologies and critical tools dedicated for a specific technology. Because part of the equipment is common for products of different technologies, production managers have limited flexibility to dynamically allocate the capacity among the technologies via capacity migration. The possibility of capacity migration and interrelationship among different technologies make capacity planning difficult under demand and product-mix uncertainties.This paper aims to develop a dynamic optimization method that captures the unique characteristics of rolling demand forecast mechanism to solve capacity expansion and migration planning problems in semiconductor industry. In semiconductor industry, demand forecasts are rolling and updated when the latest market and demand information is available. This demand forecast mechanism makes forecast errors in different time periods correlated. We estimate the validity and robustness of the proposed dynamic optimization method in an empirical study in a semiconductor manufacturing company in Taiwan. The results showed practical viability of this approach and the findings can provide useful guidelines for capacity planning process under rolling forecast mechanism.

泛珠三角地区产业转移趋势与动向识别研究

用综合区位商对泛珠三角地区的区际产业转移进行初步识别.对初步识别中发现的具有转移倾向的产业,进一步用产品生命周期理论进行筛选,找出符合区际产业转移特征的产业及具有承接趋势的省份.最后利用计量经济中因果关系检验,对存在区际产业转移关系的省份进行综合区位商变量的因果关系检验.研究结果表明,泛珠三角地区内传统的外向型制造产业已呈现明显的转移趋势和动向;新兴制造业的转移趋势初显,但转移动向尚不明确;同时部分技术型制造业具有跨区转移的可能性.
