遗失物回复请求权问题探析——对《物权法》第107条的解构与反思

就遗失物是否适用善意取得，《物权法》第107条作了否定性的规定，并赋予了原权利人有限的回复请求权。该规定似乎未考虑到现实生活的复杂性，做了“一刀切”的规制，这本身有失允当；另外，在立法价值选择上过分地向原权利人的利益倾斜本身将可能损及交易之安全和迅捷。因此，立法应区分善意及恶意而为不同的规定，并对相关制度予以完善。     

美联储超常规政策退出分析

2009年下半年以来，尤其是进入2010年，美联储超常规金融救助政策“退出”的迹象越来越明显。美联储的政策“退出”将选择先“数量”（缩减流动性投放、降低存款机构超额准备金水平）、后“价格”（加息）的路径。目前尚处于论证和测试的阶段。由于超常规政策退出面临多种困难和障碍，美联储的“退出”将是谨慎、缓慢、渐进的，并将根据经济前景和金融市场状况的变化进行调整。我国应密切跟踪美联储的政策动向，做好宏观调控预案，及时出台相应政策。

CAFTA框架下银行业监管合作机制构建的博弈分析

CAFTA框架下银行业监管合作需要构建有效的合作机制.通过对合作博弈模型的分析,归纳出银行业监管合作机制的四个构建原则:协调沟通原则、信息互通原则、利益补偿原则和行为约束原则.为了提高本区域银行业监管合作效率,实现互利共赢,中国-东盟各国必须遵循这四个原则,从决策机制、信息共享机制、立法合作机制和利益补偿机制四个方面来具体构建银行业监管合作的运行机制.     

Regional variations in entrepreneurial cognitions: Start-up intentions of university students in Spain

Empirical research has recently paid considerable attention to the role of environmental factors in explaining regional variations in entrepreneurial activity. However, cognitive models have not usually included these factors in their analyses. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to identify some of the environmental cognitive elements that may explain regional differences in start-up intentions. Thus, an entrepreneurial intention model is developed, theoretically based on the planned behaviour approach, institutional economic theory and social capital theory. The empirical analysis is carried out using structural equation techniques over a sample of 549 final year university students from two Spanish regions (Catalonia and Andalusia). Results confirm that valuation of entrepreneurship in each region helps explain regional differences in entrepreneurial intentions. As expected, social valuation of the entrepreneur was higher in the more developed region (Catalonia), positively affecting perceived subjective norms and behavioural control. In Andalusia, the influence of perceived valuation of the entrepreneur in the closer environment was more important, affecting attitude towards the behaviour and subjective norms. These results explain some of the differences in the pool of potential entrepreneurs in each region. They also justify the need by public-policy decision-makers to promote more positive entrepreneurial values in relatively backward regions.     

我国财政社会保障支出的差异与结构:1998～2009年

利用1998～2009年的统计数据,考察我国财政社会保障支出的总量变化和结构演进。研究显示:我国的财政社会保障支出在1998年以后出现明显上升,但总体水平仍相对滞后;对社会保障的各种补助支出已成为财政社会保障支出中最主要的组成部分;我国的财政社会保障支出存在着明显的地区差距和城市偏向。应着力提高社会保障支出占公共财政的比例,优化财政社会保障支出的项目结构等,确保财政社会保障的顺利开展。

禁忌语作为不同文化普遍存在的一种特殊形式,在交际中扮演着重要的角色。因而,在教学中教师应该尽可能的给学生讲解与文化相关的知识。只有这样英语学习者才能真正的表达出自己所想要表达的意思,才能提高他们的跨文化交际能力。

An optimization model for wayfinding problems in terminal building

Passenger orientation (wayfinding) is one of the important factors for the layout design of airport terminals. It is common that some people have difficulties in locating their destinations in spite of availability of wayfinding aids. Visibility index is commonly used to evaluate the ease of wayfinding. However, there is a lack of studies for the determination of the appropriate locations for setting up wayfinding aids in airport terminals so as to enhance the ease of wayfinding. In this paper, a binary linear program is proposed for better allocation of directional signs for wayfinding. The proposed model can be widely applied to practical situations so as to improve the design of signage system in various enclosed environments including airport terminals, multi-function railway stations, and shopping malls.
