牵引变流器保压及灌液工艺应用研究

本文分析了某种牵引变流器真空保压及灌液工艺应用,并通过优化保压灌液工艺方法解决了牵引变流器保压及灌液生产过程中工艺问题,得出了真空保压+灌液工艺方法能大大提高生产效率和产品质量,保证了牵引变流器的的大批量生产,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效应.     

台湾代客记账业发展之沿革

中小企业在台湾的经济起飞与稳定增长占有非常重要而独特的地位。台湾中小企业受限于规模以及成本考虑,大多不愿雇佣专任会计或聘请会计师,处理记账及报税事宜。因此代客记账业应运而生。代客记账业因收费低廉、勤快、服务态度好,在台湾存在已有六十多年历史,对中小企业的成长与经济发展颇有贡献。2004年6月2日,台湾各方争议已久的＂记账士法＂公布施行,对于台湾代客记账业制度的建立有着重要影响,其影响幅度值得研究。本文希望对台湾代客记账业提供一了解的管道。     

“积极社会福利”理念下的中国社会保障发展启示

中国近代的"积极慈善"思想和西方当代社会福利制度改革中提出的"积极福利"都包含了社会保障发展未来方向,即"积极社会福利"的理念。这一理念源自对制度建设和经济发展关系上的反思,其内在价值是对人之"主体性"的强调,同时具有丰富的实践指导意义。基于这一理念视角的分析,能为当下中国的社会保障制度从消极到积极的改革提供思路。总体来说,中国的社会保障发展首先需要积极的态度,其次要采取积极的措施,同时注重中华优秀传统文化的延续。     

Marginalized Predictive Likelihood Comparisons of Linear Gaussian State‐Space Models with Applications to DSGE,DSGE‐VAR,and VAR Models

The predictive likelihood is useful for ranking models in forecast comparison exercises using Bayesian inference. We discuss how it can be estimated, by means of marzginalization, for any subset of the observables in linear Gaussian state‐space models. We compare macroeconomic density forecasts for the euro area of a DSGE model to those of a DSGE‐VAR, a BVAR and a multivariate random walk over 1999:Q1–2011:Q4. While the BVAR generally provides superior forecasts, its performance deteriorates substantially with the onset of the Great Recession. This is particularly notable for longer‐horizon real GDP forecasts, where the DSGE and DSGE‐VAR models perform better. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

The Effects of Victim Anonymity on Unethical Behavior

We theorize that victim anonymity is an important factor in ethical decision making, such that actors engage in more self-interested and unethical behaviors toward anonymous victims than they do toward identifiable victims. Three experiments provided empirical support for this argument. In Study 1, participants withheld more life-saving products from anonymous than from identifiable victims. In Study 2, participants allocated a sum of payment more unfairly when interacting with an anonymous than with an identifiable partner. Finally, in Study 3, participants cheated more from an anonymous than from an identifiable person. Anticipated guilt fully mediated these effects in all three studies. Taken together, our research suggests that anonymous victims may be more likely to incur unethical treatment, which could explain many unethical business behaviors.     

Water as an investment: liquid yet illiquid!

The water industry is in great need of further large investments to address existing severe water shortages worldwide which requires the participation of private sector investors. This industry is heavily infrastructure based and is therefore saddled with fixed assets-in-place or illiquid assets. This exposes the industry to what is termed as ‘illiquidity risk’, and hence, investors in this industry should be compensated for bearing this risk with an appropriate return premium (i.e. extra return). In this study, we provide evidence as to whether illiquidity risk indeed significantly affects returns in this industry. We examine the case of all 76 firms that compose the five major global water indices. After controlling for other factors that impact on returns, our results suggest that asset illiquidity is positively associated with stock returns. Specifically, water firms with a larger proportion of illiquid assets-in-place are observed to have greater stock returns than those with a smaller proportion of illiquid assets. Our results have important implications for the financing of water-related projects particularly those which involve the participation of investors from the private sector.

Textbook authors, in their presentations of aggregate demand–aggregate supply, are admonished to set their houses in order. The writers suggest the continued usefulness of the traditional “Keynesian cross” model as a pedagogical device and present a version that they allege to be superior to the popular AD–AS models found in many contemporary texts.

消费者在线评论可信度的影响因素研究

将传播学领域考察媒体可信度的霍夫兰德传播说服模型引入在线评论可信度研究,从信源、信息内容、接收者三个角度,在对现有研究梳理和总结的基础上,结合消费者在线评论的特点加入社会影响因素,提出了在线评论可信度影响因素模型,并以第三方评论网站为例,通过实证研究的方式,系统考察了消费者在线评论的可信度影响因素.同时讨论了该研究的局限性、对于管理实践的启示及未来研究方向.     

Predictive Power of Personal Factors in Studying Students' Perception of Sales Profession in Poland

Since Poland has become a member of the European Union, free market activities have increased dramatically. The purpose of this study is to explore university students' perceptions of personal selling as a career in Poland. Using logistic regression and Z-test methodologies, we analyzed the perceptions of 114 students. The results confirm the findings of previous studies that personal factors play a significant role in predicting students' perception of sales profession as a career. The findings presented in this study show that Polish students have a biased perception about sales as a career; however, interestingly, few dimensions show a significant effect. Understanding students' perceptions of the sales profession will help corporate recruiters achieve their goals by selecting those students most likely to excel in sales careers.
