计算机维护教学方法探析

在计算机组装与维护课程的实践教学中,为增强学习的效果,我校从实验内容和考核方式上进行了改革,使学生在宽松的学习氛围中,既提高了对该门课程的学习兴趣,又掌握了一项实验操作技能.     

The Determinants of Regulatory Compliance: An Analysis of Insider Trading Disclosures in Italy

This paper investigates the determinants of regulatory compliance in corporate organizations. Exploiting a unique enforcement and reporting framework for insider trading in Italy, we present three main findings. First, board governance, such as chief executive–chairman duality and the proportion of non-executive directors, does not increase the propensity of firms to comply with regulation. Second, family firms and firms with a high degree of separation of ownership from control are most likely to comply with regulation. Third, corporate ethos is more important in predicting regulatory compliance than explicit corporate governance structures.     

A typical Italian phenomenon: The “albergo diffuso”

In Italy, the “albergo diffuso” represents a new alternative to traditional tourist accommodations, such as hotels, B&Bs or farmhouses. It is part of a formula for accommodation capacity that is particularly suitable for small rural centres.     

Resolving the empty core: trust as a determinant of outcomes in three-party negotiations

This research examined how trust affected resource allocation in a three-party negotiation. Negotiators were presented with an empty core problem in which their theoretical share of resources exceeded the resources available for distribution. We tested which of three components of trust—reliability, predictability and empathy—predicted negotiators’ outcomes. We distinguished between absolute and relative trust. We found that relative trust was a more consistent predictor of individual outcomes than absolute trust and that the most trusted party in a network obtained the highest individual outcomes. This finding highlights the importance of social context in shaping trust judgements. The component of trust that predicted individuals’ outcomes was affected by structural power. High and low power negotiators benefited from conveying empathy (identity-based trust), whereas moderate power negotiators benefited from conveying predictability (knowledge-based trust). Low power parties also benefited from appearing unreliable (low calculus-based trust). The research reported in this paper was supported by a grant from the Australian Research Council. An earlier version of this paper was presented at the 2002 International Association of Conflict Management Conference, Park City, Utah.     

对新时期非统计专业统计学教学的思考

随着市场经济的不断深入发展，社会各个方面通过统计和统计方法获取社会经济信息，分析、解决和预测实际生活中的各种问题的需求与日俱增。这就要求统计学的教学必须适应新时期的变化，只有将统计学的教学内容和教学方法以及考核方法作相应的改进，并进一步提高教师的基本素质，更新教育观念，才能满足这种需求。     

让城市插上科技的翅膀--从重庆科技大会解读重庆快速发展之势

2006年5月10日,重庆直辖以来首次科学技术大会隆重召开。会议站在城市发展的战略高度,回顾了“十五”期间实施“科技兴渝”战略的累累硕果,制定了《重庆市中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要》,确定了未来15年重庆市科技攻关的24个重大专项。这是重庆直辖以来档次最高、规模最大的一次科技盛会,是推进科技兴渝战略、推动重庆加快发展的求真务实的大会。《科学和技术发展规划纲要》,精辟地论述了科学技术与促进经济社会发展的关系,为重庆科技事业的发展指明了方向和目标。市委书记汪洋指出,要建立竞争机制促进科技项目的实施,按照‘成熟一个、启动一个’的原则,选好领军人才,整合全市科技资源,落实各项保障措施,以提升重庆整体技术水平,加快建设长江上游科技中心。
