Annual Report On China's Exhibition Industry 2009 (III)

To better understand China's exhibition industry's development trend, and its policy regulation features, and industrial market characteristics, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) organizes experts and scholars of the exhibition industry to compile and publish Annual Report on China's Exhibition Industry in both Chinese and English every year since 2004. After years of efforts, the Report has become a significant window for domestic and overseas insiders to know about Chinas exhibition industry.     

金融市场创新产品运行监测分析报告

从2006年开始,中国人民银行上海总部金融市场管理部以2004年以来人民银行推出的金融创新产品为基础,持续进行跟踪评估。跟踪结果表明,2007年,金融创新产品运行平稳,基础性产品规模迅速扩大,交易类创新产品规模呈爆炸性增长;金融创新产品的流动性显著提高;对扩大直接融资比例、降低融资成本、管理金融风险、推动利率市场化进程等方面发挥着重要作用。监管部门应坚持将丰富创新产品类型作为金融市场的核心环节加以推动,重点考虑逐步放宽对创新产品的投资限制,解决市场运行的环境问题。金融创新产品对于扩大Shibor作为基准利率的使用,可以发挥更大的推动作用。

会计师事务所只有与时俱进,才能顺应时代的需求,同时得到适时的发展。本文通过分析当今会计师事务所管理模式面临的问题,提出了会计师事务所的人本管理模式,从领导机制、组织结构和人员素质提升等方面探讨了会计师事务所的人本管理模式。

How Organizational Policies Influence Bystander Likelihood of Reporting Moderate and Severe Sexual Harassment at Work

Little is known about the causal effect of sexual harassment policies on sexual harassment outcomes at work. Based on schema theories of social cognition, organizational policies related to sexual harassment should have a greater impact on responses to moderate, versus severe, forms of sexual harassment. In Study 1, 219 undergraduate students were shown a fictitious company website describing one of three company policies on sexual harassment (a zero-tolerance policy, a standard harassment policy, or no policy), and were then assigned to read about a moderate or severe instance of sexual harassment they ostensibly observed at the organization. Results indicated participants in the zero-tolerance policy condition were more likely to intend to formally report the harassment to their organization than those in the other conditions. This effect was especially strong for the moderate, or more ambiguous, sexual harassment scenario. Study 2 replicated and extended Study 1 using 101 Human Resources professionals and actual policy statements from an organization. Results again indicated that a zero-tolerance policy leads to the highest estimates of bystander reporting, especially for instances of moderate sexual harassment. Implications for practice include a caution against using minimal or compulsory harassment policies in place of salient zero-tolerance policies.

转让定价税制差异的国际比较与借鉴

各国转让定价税制在关联关系主体范围的界定、关联关系认定的具体标准、对避税地关联关系的处理、纳税人履行具体的报告义务、转让定价案例的选择标准、考虑功能性可比分析因素的范围、转让定价调整方法的选用和因转让定价而产生避税的处理方式等8个方面存在差异,有关国家的不同规定和做法对完善我国现行转让定价制度有借鉴意义。     

What Type of Regional Policy for Europe?

In promoting European regional development, policymakers tend to pursue either an offensive, future-oriented or a defensive, tradition-preserving type of policy. Backed by theoretical notions and case evidence from an “ordinary” region, i. e. the Italian island of Sardinia, the following paper argues that European regions could benefit more from a “connective” type of policy that aims to connect lobal trends with local traditions.

2010年美国经济金融运行形势分析以及2011年展望

自本轮经济衰退结束以来,美国经济运行总体呈冲高回落并再度走强之势。在消费和非住宅投资的带动下,2010年下半年美国经济增长有所加快,但在2011年仍将受到失业率高企、房市低迷、政府债务压力加大等不利因素的影响,对未来美国经济复苏形势宜持谨慎乐观态度。     

英国经济面临内忧外患 复苏前景堪忧

2011年以来,随着全球多数地区经济形势出现反复,英国经济亦增长乏力,主要表现为失业人数增加,通胀压力加剧,商业投资持续下滑,消费需求不足,贸易逆差持续扩大等。英国货币和财政政策面临既要促进经济增长,又要控制通货膨胀和紧缩财政的两难选择,而外部经济金融的波动,更增加了英国经济的不确定性。
