合作创新如何更有效? ——基于专用性投资与战略信息共享的视角

互联网发展以及数字经济背景下,专用性投资如何影响组织间合作创新,至今结论仍不清晰。基于交易成本理论和社会交换理论,本文将战略信息共享纳入纵向合作研究框架,剖析不同类型专用性投资对组织间合作创新绩效影响的微观机理。研究结果显示：不同类型专用性投资的影响存在差异,其中,人力专用性投资对战略信息共享的正向影响最显著,而品牌专用性投资的影响强于流程专用性投资;战略信息共享显著促进合作创新绩效,且在专用性投资对合作创新绩效的影响过程中具有中介作用;关系信任在专用性投资与战略信息共享的关系中起正向调节作用,但在战略信息共享与合作创新绩效的关系中起负向调节作用;资源互补性正向调节战略信息共享与合作创新绩效的影响。

Is There Excess Liquidity in China?

In this paper, we developed the recursive unit root tests proposed by Phillips et al. (2013) and used them to identify the beginning and the end of potential excess liquidity in the Chinese monetary market during the period from 1992 to 2013. The result indicates that excess liquidity existed from the third quarter of 2002 to 2013. The analysis shows that since 2003, the inflationary pressure of excess liquidity has remained high. We provide evidence supporting the money illusion hypothesis in China. The recursive unit root test is suited to practical implementation with time series and delivers a consistent date‐stamping strategy for determining the origination and termination of multiple bubbles. Simulations show that the test significantly improves discriminatory power and leads to distinct power gains.     

The China–US Trade War: Deep‐Rooted Causes,Shifting Focus and Uncertain Prospects

The USA has waged a trade war against China, whose rapid rise has come to be seen as a threat to US hegemony. Besides imposing additional tariffs on imported Chinese products, the USA is also tightening restrictions on the transfer of technology to China and the business activities of some Chinese high‐tech companies, notably Huawei. The escalation of the trade war into a tech war could lead to a decoupling between the US and Chinese economies, if not a world economy divided into two economic blocs that centered on them.

Investigating the Structural Relationships Between Food Image,Food Satisfaction,Culinary Quality,and Behavioral Intentions: The Case of Malaysia

This study was designed to test a theoretical model determining the relationships among tourists' perceived food image, food satisfaction, culinary quality, and behavioral intentions. The structural relationships between the variables were examined by adopting a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach, and the empirical data was collected in Malaysia. Analysis of findings revealed that (a) tourists' perceived food image played a role in directly influencing food satisfaction and quality of culinary experience (culinary quality); (b) food image influenced tourists' behavioral intentions through culinary quality; (c) tourist satisfaction with their food experience directly affected perceived quality of their culinary experience and behavioral intentions; and (d) tourists' behavioral intentions were directly affected by their evaluation of culinary quality. This study concluded that food was an imperative contributor in destination tourism due to its capability in influencing tourists' perceived image, food satisfaction, culinary quality, and consequently impacting tourists' behaviors in the selection of a travel destination.

中小企业应收账款形成原因及完善管理之浅见

应收账款管理滞后已经成为制约我国企业生存和发展的瓶颈。应收账款作为一个会计科目,与其相关的会计数据进行综合分析能充分反映一个企业经营管理能力和资产盈利能力。应收账款的持有规模和持有时间对企业持续经营和发展具有重要的意义。目前,我国大部分企业应收账款管理意识比较淡漠,管理方式比较单一。许多企业因应收账款管理不善导致现金流紧张,甚至陷入财务危机。本文在分析国内外应收账款研究现状的基础上,进一步对我国中小企业应收账款的管理现状及存在问题进行了剖析,并相应提出了建议和措施。     

武汉市城市化进程中的环境效应分析

本文根据武汉市1989～2008年相关数据,选取非农人口比重(即城市化率)作为城市化指标;废水排放量、废气排放量、工业固体废弃物产生量等作为环境污染指标,运用回归模型对城市化率和环境污染指标分别进行耦合分析并建模,探究城市化进程对城市环境的影响,并基于研究结果分析,提出了促进武汉市城市经济与环境协调发展的对策建议.
