基于核心竞争力的企业文化建设策略研究

在全球化竞争的情况下,中国的企业要想在竞争中占有一席之地,并在行业中处于领导地位,就必须重视影响企业长远发展的企业文化,以实现企业战略目标。文章对企业文化与企业核心竞争力的概念和两者之间的关系进行了论述。最后就如何利用核心竞争力理论,来指导企业文化建设,实施基于核心竞争力的企业文化建设策略进行了探讨。     

基于资源、知识与能力关系的组织核心能力内涵新界定

本文首先界定了资源、知识和能力的含义;然后分析了资源、知识和能力三者之间的关系;最后以此为基础重新界定了组织核心能力的内涵。     

科技自主创新生态群落模式及对策研究

运用生态学的基本原理对科技自主创新的生态群落模式进行研究,在分析科技自主创新生态链的基础上,研究了科技自主创新群落的运行机理,提出了科技自主创新生态群落的设计思路和方法,最后结合汽车产业的特点进行了案例分析。     

A Law and Finance Analysis of Hedge Funds

This paper empirically analyzes the impact of hedge fund regulation on fund structure and performance. The data indicate restrictions on the location of key service providers and permissible distributions via wrappers are associated with lower fund alphas, lower average monthly returns, and higher fixed fees. Furthermore, restrictions on the location of key service providers are associated with lower manipulation-proof performance measures, while wrapper distributions are associated with lower performance fees. As well, the data show standard deviations of monthly returns are lower among jurisdictions with restrictions on the location of key service providers and higher minimum capitalization requirements.

新型城镇化推进可以促进区域经济的快速发展,但需要政府给予大量的资金支持。在传统融资模式可能带来较大融资风险的情况下,文章系统分析了融资风险的种类、融资风险的传导机制,进而以辽宁省为例,建议从项目入手,从风险自留、风险转换、风险转移和风险控制角度,防范政府融资风险,促进新型城镇化建设顺利推进。     

基于时区法的ERP系统主生产计划算例的编制

本文从时区法的角度详细阐述了ERP中主生产计划(MPS)编制的基本思想、算法和流程,以无锡某自行车生产企业2008年的销售预测数据为实例对MPS的编制流程进行了验证,并通过粗能力计划(RCCP)对MPS进行生产平衡,有效的的完成了ERP中主生产计划的编制。     

高职教师如何在教学中占领主导地位

文章根据德国的高职教学理念和作者多年的高职教学经验,提出高职教师只有占领了主导地位,才能将学生引入主体地位,变学生的被动学习为主动学习,才能真正将学生培养成高素质应用型技能人才。而高职教师怎样才能守得住自己的主导地位呢?这是很值得我们思考、研究的问题,文中就这一问题从思想观念到操作方法做了详细的论证,提出高职教师只有从思想上改变传统的观念,变主体为主导。将自己从知识传授者的角色变为学生学习过程的引导者、咨询者和促进者。教学前做足准备,设计出高质量的学习情境,才能掌控全局,才可占得住自己的主导地位,将学生引入主体之位,达到高职教育的目的。     

Who is the “Self” that Buys?: An Exploratory Examination of Imaginative Consumption and Explanation of Opinion Leadership

The present research, first, combines literatures on self‐theory, imaginative consumption, and opinion leadership. Second, the research, using self‐theory, explores individual difference variables predictive of imaginative consumption in two studies using different populations. The results reveal fashion product involvement, self‐esteem, fashion knowledge, idea shopping motivation, and probability of a mispurchase influence the degree to which an individual imaginatively consumes fashion products. Third, the research makes a contribution by explaining from where opinion leaders derive their abilities—imaginative consumption. In contributing to scholarly work, the research explains the role of imagination and opinion leadership in both theories of self‐verification and self‐enhancement. Managerial implications include identifying potential opportunities for marketing communications and retail management. The findings are promising and encourage further exploration of the phenomenon of imaginative consumption.
