Travel preferences of Asian gay men

Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) travel is an emerging theme within tourism academia. However, most research to date has focused on the Western context. The reviewed literature appears to assume gay market to be homogenous. The present study contributes to understanding of Asian gay men travel preferences. Qualitative analysis of interviews with Asian gay men is undertaken. Findings suggest that the following categories impact travel decisions among Asian gay men: centrality of being gay to self-identity, degree of disclosure of personal sexuality to others, level of disposable income, purpose of travel, safety and conservativeness of the destination. Moreover, the findings provide a classification for gay tourist attractions. The classification of gay attractions includes the following categories: site/event, exclusivity, popularity, commercialisation, type of benefits provided and political activism. The results point to high diversity of travel preferences among Asian gay men. Treatment of LGBT travellers as a single market is critiqued.     

复杂系统有限使用期下功能检测工作的组合优化

针对多部件复杂系统维修工作的特点,对系统的功能检测工作采用组合策略进行综合优化。在分析复杂系统维修费用组成和结构的基础上,建立了其有限使用期条件下的数学模型,从而获得系统最佳的功能检测间隔期和最优总费用。最后通过一个算例验证了该策略和模型的有效性。     

Rebalancing and Regional Economic Performance: Northern Ireland in A Nordic Mirror

Northern Ireland has been characterised as having an excessively large public sector. This characterisation has led some to explain poor regional economic performance in terms of ‘crowding out’. This diagnosis has been used to justify a policy of ‘rebalancing’ and the region copying its southern neighbour's lower rate of corporation tax. The experience of large public sectors in the Nordic economies seems however to suggest that higher public spending is not necessarily damaging. This argument is examined critically. Rodrik's comparative institutional analysis indicates that in the Nordics a large public sector was the result of building a successful tradable private sector rather than its cause. In terms of the possible ‘economic dividend’ from devolution we suggest that a Hayekian insight is better: no ‘silver bullets’ exist.     

改革开放后中国信贷市场的二元变迁路径分析

本文通过信贷扩张分析,表明我国信贷弹性波动较大、信贷密度增长较快、信贷深度显著增强;把信贷市场发展分为三个阶段,将1997年命名为中国信贷市场"二元转化年".从信贷集权与分权角度深入探讨了信贷市场变迁动力,明确提出了金融能量守恒的定律;通过计量模型证明二元信贷与二元经济高度相关.本文建议大力发展绿色信贷市场,开创金融机构的"蓝海战略",创新多种信贷产品,强化信贷有效竞争.     

农村金融生态优化对策分析

农村金融生态优化是在质量与数量上对农村金融系统、农村金融生态主体、农村金融生态平衡与农村金融生态环境进行动态调整与渐次优化的过程。应从提升农村金融物种质量、培育金融种群数量和提高群落适应能力和优化生态系统的协同能力上做大做强农村金融生态主体,构建农村金融生态新机制。     

一种利用约束Viterbi算法改进IS95协议信道编码的方法

IS95具有两个速率集,在同一个速率集中,不同的速率其数据帧的长度不同,为了使进入正交调制的数据帧的长度相同,其采用了信号重复器.信号重复器进行简单的重复作用,使得带宽不能充分利用.文中提出的方法利用一个信号发生器,产生已知的信号进入卷积编码,卷积编码后的数据帧长度同样符合要求,而信号发生器产生的已知信号在译码端可以作为译码时的约束条件进行约束Viterbi译码.在BSC信道模型的仿真结果证明,其在较高误码率的情况下具有较好的性能.     

利用环形调制器产生与解调过调幅信号

采用开关函数分析方法,利用二极管环形调制器电路产生与解调过调幅信号,导出实现的过调幅信号与解调输出信号表达式;由此,可将过调幅信号的产生与解调方法扩展到微波频段.
