中国本土企业出口增长之谜的再思考——基于企业财务视角的分析

本文利用1999～2007年中国制造业企业微观数据系统考察了企业财务约束对企业出口行为的影响。通过运用面板Probit模型我们发现,财务约束是导致中国本土制造业企业出口扩张的重要因素之一,外资制造业企业出口行为则不受财务约束的影响。目前中国本土企业出口的高速增长是畸形且不可持续的,不仅不利于我国本土企业自主创新的开展与自主品牌的构建,而且可能限制其有效利用本土市场效应来获得发展的空间,从而固化本土企业与外资企业间竞争力的差距。     

The customisation framework for roadmapping product-service integration

Product-service integration is becoming a dominant contemporary trend, motivated by how technology can shape areas of potential product/service interactivity and triggers interactions. Since the role of technology differs from case to case, the strategic planning of product-service integration should focus on accommodating the real-life business situation. In response, this paper suggests a customisation framework for product-service roadmapping according to the technological interface involved, and provides practical guidance in its implementation. This framework consists of five steps in three main stages. The first deals with the structural determination of roadmapping, planning ??what to plan??, determining the role of technology and the roadmapping format. The second phase plans the functional determination, dealing the issue of ??how to plan??, including deciding on the relevant roadmapping procedures and methodology. Finally, the roadmap for product-service integration is developed. To illustrate the workings of proposed approach, six case examples are provided for different modes of integration, providing a practical illustration for product-service integration.

利用大数据分析技术的智能化网络故障诊断系统

随着网络技术的快速发展以及各种新网络业务的出现,网络的规模日益扩大和复杂。同时,各种网络服务对于网络可靠性的要求也逐渐提高,这就对网络的维护提出了更高的要求。在这种情况下,传统的网络维护模式逐渐不能适应现代网络发展的需求。针对现代大型网络的故障诊断问题,利用大数据分析技术,设计并完成了一套整体的智能化故障诊断系统。在此系统中,针对不同的故障类型,利用能够获取到的数据类型,针对性地设计了相关的故障诊断模块和算法。系统整体基于开源的数据处理平台构建,具备良好的可扩展性。通过实际案例数据的验证,结果表明此系统具备良好的处理实际网络故障的能力,将大数据分析技术应用于网络故障诊断领域也具备较强的可行性。     

IT与业务匹配中的信息化冲突探索

信息化冲突是企业信息技术(IT)与业务匹配中普遍存在的重要障碍之一。本文在对现有文献整理基础上,对IT与业务匹配中信息化冲突产生的原因进行了系统的分析,将信息化冲突划分为任务冲突和关系冲突两种类型,并对二者之间的关系进行了分析。从行为整合角度给出了解决信息化冲突的途径。     

Employee stock ownership and financial performance in European countries: The moderating effects of uncertainty avoidance and social trust

This study investigates how the effect of employee stock ownership on financial performance may hinge on the diverse cultural and societal contexts of European countries. Based on agency and national culture theories, we hypothesize that the positive relationship between employee stock ownership and return on assets (ROA) is stronger in those nations with lower uncertainty avoidance and higher social trust. Using a multisource, time‐lagged, large‐scale dataset of 1,741 firms from 21 countries in Europe, our multilevel, random coefficient modeling analysis found evidence for these hypotheses, suggesting that uncertainty avoidance and social trust serve as important contextual cues in predicting the linkage between employee stock ownership and financial performance. Our supplemental analysis with distinction between the managerial and nonmanagerial employee stock ownership further indicates managerial employee stock ownership has a direct positive effect on ROA. Although nonmanagerial employee stock ownership had a nonsignificant association with ROA, the relationship was positive and significant when uncertainty avoidance was low and social trust was high. This research contributes to the existing literature by illuminating some of the contextual influences altering the effectiveness of employee stock ownership. Our findings also offer practical suggestions for effectively using employee stock ownership.     

基于TIS的我国乡村旅游地形象设计

本文引入TI(S旅游形象系统)这一现代旅游形象设计的先进理念和方法,从理念基础(MI)、行为准则(BI)、视觉形象(VI)、听觉形象(HI)和风情识别(FI)五个方面对我国乡村旅游地形象设计与塑造中存在的问题和不足进行了探讨,并提出了一些基本的思路和对策。     

行政垄断加剧了企业生存风险吗?

在转型升级的关键阶段,定量地评价行政垄断与企业战略选择之间的关系,对推动《公平竞争审查制度》的理论与实践探索以及改善企业生存的制度环境都具有重要意义.但既有研究中,行政垄断的政策效应分析较少深入到微观企业层面,特别是从企业生存的视角来进行的评估.文章采用PSM-Cox比例风险模型,以企业微观数据首次检验了行政垄断对企业生存风险的影响效应及其机制.研究表明,行政垄断对制造业企业的生存风险产生了显著效应,即以行政垄断为代表的政府干预会加剧企业生存风险.同时,行政垄断对不同所有制、地区及行业的企业的影响存在异质性,会显著加剧非国有企业、中西部地区企业及劳动密集型行业企业的生存风险.而行政垄断对企业生产率、企业创新与寻租行为所产生的效应或许是本文总体结论的重要解释.
