再论中国金融体系的脆弱性

本文的目的就是通过验证我国金融体系在不完全市场的制约条件下,能否发挥"价值创造、价格发现、风险分散、流动性供给、信息生产和公司治理"这六大基本功能,以及通过进一步检验货币政策的有效性,来揭示当今中国金融体系脆弱性的表现及其症结所在.论文通过分析发现,目前影响我国金融体系"健全性"的两大基本要素是房地产价格和流动性,它们直接左右银行的信贷行为;相反,利差幅度和基础货币的调控却没有显著的制约效果.所有这些特征都恰恰反映了我国金融体系的基本功能至今为止还没得到有效的发挥.     

1GHz以上微波暗室电场强度标准及误差分析

本文阐述了利用系列角锥喇叭建立１ＧＨｚ以上微波暗室标准电场强度的原理和方法。导出了角锥喇叭近场增益的简化公式。简述了２０８０天线测试系统及三天线法测量技术，且对测量误差进行了分析。理论和实验结果表明，建立标准电场强度的误差≤０．５ｄＢ。     

中国政府义务教育支出：问题和进一步的改革

本文从理论方面探讨了政府在义务教育融资及生产中的责任，并结合中国政府义务教育支出的现状和问题，提出了进一步改革的原则、具体建议及相关改革措施。     

Farmers' Preference for Farming: Evidence From a Nationally Representative Farm Survey in India

Using data from a nationally representative farm survey in India, we have analyzed Indian farmers' stated preference for farming as a profession. Findings show that more than 40% of farmers dislike farming as a profession because of low profits, high risk, and lack of social status, yet they continue with it owing to a lack of opportunities outside agriculture. Farmers who express a preference for moving out of agriculture are mostly those with small landholdings, poor irrigation facilities, fewer productive assets including livestock, and follow a cereal‐centric cropping pattern. They also have relatively lower access to credit, insurance, and information, and are weakly integrated with social networks such as self‐help groups and farmers' organizations. Importantly, the disinclination for farming, conditional on other covariates, is not significantly differentiated by caste, an important indicator of social status in rural India. Yet, within a caste group, the dislike for farming moderates with larger landholdings.     

基于生态视角下的建筑业创新问题模拟研究

目前关于建筑行业创新投入、技术扩散、对建筑产业整体收益、产业集中度的影响难以用实际数据分析,因而从个体企业行为角度出发,根据多智能体理论,使用多主体仿真平台(Netlogo)建模平台,建立我国建筑业的交易行为互动流程,模拟运行建筑产业创新行为,观察并分析论证创新使产业集中度产生波动,创新企业数量与产业收益是U型关系,技术扩散速度对产业收益有极大影响的结论。     

Local competition, entry, and agglomeration

This paper analyzes competition between two spatially differentiated multi-product retailers who encounter entry from a low-cost discounter. We assess how entry affects the pricing of the incumbent stores and the role played by the location of the entrant. Our primary objective is to identify how traditional retailers respond to new forms of low-cost retailing. Results show that post entry, the prices for some products are higher than the pre entry. However, which product prices increase depends on the incumbent’s location. Contrary to conventional wisdom, we find that the store closer to the entrant is better off compared to the incumbent located further away. We empirically demonstrate the main workings of our theory using sales data from several grocery stores that saw entry by discount stores in their trading areas.     

基于Z-Score模型的我国房地产业上市公司财务风险的实证分析

在宏观经济紧缩和严厉调控政策的影响下,我国房地产企业已经出现了显著的财务风险。本文运用Z-Score财务风险预警模型,对在深市A股上市的61家房地产企业财务风险进行了实证研究,并在此基础上针对性地提出了房地产企业加强财务管理和风险防范的建议。     

国内外上市公司内部控制信息披露的比较研究

本文对美国、英国等国家的内部控制信息披露进行了梳理和比较,对中国内部控制信息的披露提出了政策建议。     

私募股权投资与公司价值相关性的实证研究——来自中小板上市公司的经验证据

私募股权投资不仅是企业筹集股权资金的一种融资方式,还能优化企业法人治理结构,对经理人实施激励约束作用,进而增加企业价值,改善企业经营绩效。本文选取深交所中小企业板块的233户上市公司为研究样本,实证研究发现:在控制了公司规模和财务杠杆度后,私募股权投资与公司价值和公司经营绩效呈显著的正相关关系。     

企业并购的财务风险评价研究

首先对企业并购中存在的对目标企业定价、并购融资、并购价值支付及在并购后对于目标企业的财务整合风险等财务风险进行了概述,在此基础上提出了企业并购决策中财务风险评价指标体系,然后构建了企业并购中财务风险评价的二级模糊综合评价模型。最后对运用一案例对财务风险评价模型进行了实证研究,验证了模型的可行性。
