Hedonic models and air pollution: Twenty-five years and counting

This paper reports a meta analysis of how effectively hedonic property models have detected the influence of air pollution on housing prices. Probit estimates are reported describing how data, model specification, and local property market conditions in cities represented in thirty-seven studies influence the ability of hedonic models to uncover negative, statistically significant relationships between housing prices and air pollution measures.Partial support for this research was provided by the Russell Sage Foundation. 投资决策中个人理性与集体理性博弈分析及对策研究

针对近期多起曝光的企业对外投资、担保大案,本文应用博弈论分析方法,在强调个人理性与集体理性矛盾的基础上研究投资决策中两者的完全信息博弈及无限阶段重复博弈,并建立相应的定量分析模型,通过分析博弈参与人均衡行为,指出投资决策中寻租的存在的必然性及巨大危害,并针对性的提出了适合实际操作的对策建议.     

发展河南省生鲜农产品冷链物流的对策研究

河南省生鲜农产品在物流环节损失巨大,发展冷键物流是实现“产后减损“、提高农产品质量最有效的途径,对促进农民增收意义重大,因此大力发展冷链物流势在必行.文中首先分析了河南省生鲜农产品冷链物流的发展现状,然后结合河南省实际情况,提出河南省发辰生鲜农产品冷链物流的六项对策.研究成果旨在为河南省以及与河南省省情相似的雀份发展生鲜农产品冷链物流提供参考.     

Pursuing centralised bargaining in an era of decentralisation? A progressive union goal in Korea from a comparative perspective

During the last decade, progressive Korean unions have attempted to transform the organisation and bargaining of enterprise unionism into an industrial unionism. This vitalised development in collective bargaining contrasts with trends prevailing in many advanced nations. This paper, on the basis of case studies, examines factors shaping bargaining structures in the context of Korean industrial relations. A theoretical framework regarding factors shaping bargaining structures, one formed in comparative industrial relations studies of advanced nations, proves useful in examining the subject. This finding implies that the attempt of progressive unions will face formidable obstacles.

文章运用多数地区模型分析信息网络的导入对地区经济发展的影响,弄清信息网络的导入与各地区的经济福祉之间的关系。另外,还将探讨地区间服务贸易与国际货物贸易之间的关系。     

国际服务贸易自由化的收益和成本

伴随着全球服务贸易的飞速发展,服务贸易自由化的收益问题成为众多学者讨论的热门话题。有的学者认为服务贸易自由化有利于降低产品价格、改善服务质量以及节约成本等,因而会给全球带来巨大的收益;而有的学者则提出相反的观点,认为自由化会遏制本国服务业的发展、传播经济危机并危害国家安全。文章在总结许多学者关于国际服务贸易自由化中收益和成本文献的基础上,对我国参与服务贸易自由化提出了相关的建议。     

EPP协议在车载地震仪中的设计与应用

针对并行口设备开发的趋势及特点 ,详细介绍了 EPP协议的产生、特点及时序 ;并结合科研项目“ES2 42 0地震仪改造”提出了用 EPP协议仿 Intel 80 86系统接口的详细设计方案 ,该接口由读写逻辑生成电路、地址锁存器及译码器、仿 Intel 80 86总线及一些逻辑延时电路组成。并给出了电路框图及 Windows3 .x/95/98编程。经扩展后总线的双向通信速度为 850 KB/s与 ISA总线的速度相当。

The effect of mandatory auditor assignment and non-audit service on audit fees: Evidence from Korea

In Korea, regulators could assign auditors to firms. We investigate the relationship among audit fees, mandatory auditor assignment, and the joint provision of non-audit and auditor services in Korea. We find that assigned auditors charge significantly higher audit fees than freely selected auditors. We also find that the joint provision of non-audit and audit services does intensify the relation between auditor assignment and audit fees. Combined with the results of other studies that have shown that firms audited by assigned auditors report smaller amounts of discretionary accruals than firms audited by freely selected auditors, our results suggest the possibility that mandatory auditor assignment may improve auditor independence.
