角色代偿意识与家庭照料对已婚女性劳动参与的影响——基于CGSS2012数据的实证分析

文章基于CGSS2012调查数据,考察了角色代偿意识、家庭照料两个维度对已婚女性劳动参与及其工资报酬的影响.实证结果表明,角色代偿意识越强,外出参与社会劳动的可能性越高,但对工资报酬的影响不显著;家庭照料的影响则要区分看待:学龄子女数量越多、或越认为养老责任在自己,女性社会劳动参与度越高,而对家庭成员的照料时间以及幼龄子女数量则呈负向影响.此外,学龄子女数量和个人养老态度会负向影响报酬待遇,但付出的照料时间越长,工资报酬反而会越多.稳健性检验证明已婚女性劳动参与和工资报酬会在户籍和代际上存在差异.

锻炼习惯能带来更高的收入吗?

在中国城乡居民体育锻炼现状不容乐观以及居民收入水平增速不断放缓的背景下,劳动力市场中锻炼的收入效应值得深入研究。文章基于2014-2016年中国劳动力动态调查数据,使用固定效应模型、工具变量以及倾向性匹配得分方法估计个体的锻炼行为对收入水平的影响,并探讨可能的作用机制。研究结果表明,锻炼确实能够为个体带来显著的收入溢价,同时各种稳健性检验也证明了研究结论的可靠性。机制分析结果表明,锻炼行为会通过影响个体的健康水平、外貌状况以及对待工作的态度,从而影响个体的收入水平。异质性分析结果表明,年龄上,锻炼对个体收入的影响主要存在于青年阶段和中年阶段,且青年阶段的作用机制主要是外貌状况,而中年阶段的作用机制主要是健康水平;教育程度上,锻炼对收入的影响主要存在于中等教育程度的个体。本研究的结论表明,政府应当采取各种措施鼓励居民参与到体育锻炼中来,尤其是应当将中青年群体和中等教育群体吸引进来,这对于解决当前如何进一步提高居民收入水平的困境可以说是另辟蹊径。     

What happened to profitability? Shocks,challenges and perspectives for euro area banks

This paper analyses the evolution of bank profitability from 2005 to 2016, with a focus on the period covering both the global financial crisis and the euro area crisis. To accomplish this, we constructed a dataset that includes financial statement information from 310 euro area banks. Using a dual approach – a ‘bottom-up’ approach as applied by bank analysts and macroeconomists' ‘top-down’ approach, we find that the profitability of euro area banks was hit by two shocks of different nature. The Lehman Brothers collapse affected mostly big banks with diversified portfolios via losses in their securities investment. The subsequent euro area debt crisis and economic recession hit more traditional banks specialising in retail lending activities, mainly through increasing impairment costs. If the first shock had a one-off impact on bank profitability, the second shock is far more long-lasting and is still depressing the profitability of banks in peripheral Europe.     

我国质押式回购利率波动影响因素研究——基于SVAR模型的实证分析

文章从商业银行资金供求角度出发,通过结构向量自回归SVAR模型对影响我国银行间债券市场质押式回购利率的因素进行实证分析,发现CPI同比增长率对质押式回购利率波动具有正向作用,外汇占款、M1同比增长率、超额准备金率和同业净债务对其产生负向作用.短期内,外汇占款、超额准备金率和同业净债务所代表的商业银行资金供求因素对回购利率影响较大.长期内,M1同比增长率和CPI同比增长率代表的政策调控因素对回购利率影响较大.

Empirical study of destination loyalty and its antecedent: the perspective of place attachment

Due to the increasing competition in the leisure and tourism market, loyalty-related studies and researches have been gaining attention. This empirical research explores the formation of destination loyalty from the interaction of visitors with hot-spring resorts (place attachment) and examines the relationship between such a loyalty and its antecedents. Based on an attitude framework, this study conceptualizes place dependence, place identity, and behavioural intention as the tripartite framework of destination loyalty. Using the covariance structure analysis, empirical results indicated that the service quality–satisfaction–loyalty model is supported and tourist satisfaction completely mediates the effect of service quality on place dependence, place identity, and behavioural intention.     

NONCONVEXITY OF THE OPTIMAL EXERCISE BOUNDARY FOR AN AMERICAN PUT OPTION ON A DIVIDEND‐PAYING ASSET

We prove that when the dividend rate of the underlying asset following a geometric Brownian motion is slightly larger than the risk‐free interest rate, the optimal exercise boundary of the American put option is not convex.     

城市道路施工质量控制

根据我国城市道路的施工情况来看,近几年城市道路的质量经常存在一些问题,我们将从防止反射裂缝的机理出发对加铺层整个施工工艺阐述了质量控制要点,并初步评价了实施的效果,结合城市道路自身施工的特点,对城市道路工程质量控制要点进行了阐述,对城市道路施工质量的提高有一定指导意义。     

Illiquidity,transaction cost,and optimal holding period for real estate: Theory and application

Choosing the optimal holding period is an important part of real estate investment decisions, because “when to sell” affects “whether to buy”. This paper presents a theoretical model for such decision making. Our model indicates that the optimal holding period is affected by both systematic and non-systematic factors—market conditions (illiquidity and transaction cost) and property performance (return and return volatility). Other things being equal, higher illiquidity and transaction costs lead to longer holding periods, while higher return volatility implies shorter holding periods. Our empirical application suggests that the optimal holding period based on our model is quite consistent with previous empirical findings. In addition, we find that when illiquidity risk is incorporated the true real estate risk is significantly higher than the conventional risk estimate. Therefore, the current practice of real estate valuation, which is naively borrowed from finance theory, substantially underestimates real estate risk.
