A framework for strategic decision making and performance among Chinese managers

This study develops an integrative model that explains the relationship between Chinese culture, managers' strategic decision making (SDM) processes, and organizational performance. For the study 1200 participants were randomly selected from a business club's company register, resulting in 204 valid respondents. The results highlighted two significant SDM paths used by managers: (1) the cognitive-speed path, which suggested that Overseas Chinese managers (the Chinese who live outside of Mainland China) focus on the big picture, draw analogies from past experiences, and use extensive networks to reduce the duration of the decision process; and (2) the social-political path which shows that Overseas Chinese managers focus on collective interests, strive to maintain harmony, and to save face while using a collaborative style to handle conflict; this approach reduces dysfunctional political behavior, while reinforcing the decision team's focus on common goals. From these results we concluded that a speedier decision making process (based on intuition, experience, and networks) accompanied by the appropriate use of political behavior (that created harmony, through a hierarchical structure, during conflict management) in the Overseas Chinese managers' strategic decision making process could positively influence organizational performance.     

大学生心理健康教育存在的问题及对策分析

大学生作为中国社会文化层次较高的群体,其全面发展的程度直接影响我国社会的发展,而健康心理是大学生全面发展的重要内容,也是大学生全面发展的重要条件。目前有相当数量的在校生均存在不同程度的心理障碍,这一问题已引起了当前社会各界的普遍关注。本文从大学生心理健康的标准谈起,对大学生心理健康的成因进行了详细分析,并提出了对策。     

经济后进区人力资源与城镇化发展探讨——以陕西北缘六县市为例

本文从陕西北缘六县市人力资源现状入手，运用经济学方法深入探讨该区人力资源与城镇化的内在机制，具体从以下三方面分析该区人力资源与城镇化发展的关系：（1）人口增长方式的转移；(2)流动人口的影响；（3）人力资源管理，以实现该区人口，经济与城镇化的协调发展。

笔者结合两会精神和当前的态势,用马克思主义的视角来分析后金融危机中国经济发展的有利因素、不利因素以及所采取的措施。     

Guanxi and professional conduct in China: a management development perspective

This paper explores guanxi within the context of 'ethical' behaviour. It was found that guanxi exerted a strong influence on our sample, with the exception of the necessity to lend money. As well, there appeared to be a significant minority of respondents who would behave unethically to preserve group solidarity. It was suggested that a modified version of the Belcourt et al . 's management development model would be a useful tool in the development of modified coaching processes for use in authoritarian cultures.     

Reusing design knowledge based on design cases and knowledge map

Design knowledge was reused for innovative design work to support designers with product design knowledge and help designers who lack rich experiences to improve their design capacity and efficiency. First, based on the ontological model of product design knowledge constructed by taxonomy, implicit and explicit knowledge was extracted from some design cases. The design knowledge was expressed using a constructional organization. With the knowledge map, design knowledge was illustrated to help novice designers reconstruct specific design cases, thus, encouraging innovative design. Four groups of designers were invited to participate in an experiment for the design knowledge map system. The experiment results verified the effectiveness of the method.     

冷却剂参数对铣槽喷管低周疲劳寿命的影响

采用有限体积流固耦合计算方法、非线性有限元热结构耦合分析方法和局部应变法研究大面积比铣槽喷管三维再生冷却槽道在循环工作条件下的热结构变形与低周疲劳寿命,并对比分析了冷却剂质量流量与入口温度对铣槽喷管疲劳使用寿命的影响。计算结果表明,铣槽喷管热结构响应呈现复杂的三维效应,应变较大位置主要分布在与肋连接的内衬区域,喷管中部的残余应变量最大；冷却槽道低周疲劳寿命分布和热结构响应基本一致,最小寿命位于喷管中部与肋相连的内衬区域燃气侧；随冷却剂质量流量增加,铣槽喷管低周疲劳寿命不断提高；随冷却剂入口温度增加喷管尾部低周疲劳寿命值不断降低,而喷管中前部的低周疲劳寿命值却不断提高,当冷却剂入口温度为280K左右时,本文的铣槽喷管总体使用寿命达到最大。      

“资本雇佣劳动”还是“劳动雇佣资本”——对企业所有权安排的思考

科斯（Coase，1937）的经典性论文《企业的性质》开企业理论研究之先河。这一由他创始经由阿尔钦和德姆塞茨、威廉姆森、张五常等其他许多学者发展的理论被称为“企业的契约理论”。这一理论的要义可以概括如下：企业是一系列契约或合同的组合，是个人之间交易产权的一种方式（张维迎，1996）；由于现实世界的复杂性和不确定性，企业只能是一个不完备的契约，由此导致了企业所有权的重要性。因此现代企业理论研究的核心问题是企业所有权的制度安排。
