试论新课程改革背景下教育观念的更新与变革

教育观念的更新和变革，是课程改革顺利进行的必要前提和关键所在。要牢固树立“以人为本”的教育理念，以突出素质教育的全体性、全面性、主体性。教学过程要实现从单向信息传递向师生交往互动的变革、从单纯的知识灌输向学生认知建构的变革、从单纯应试向促进学生可持续发展的变革。教师必须形成新的角色意识，做学生学习的指导者、做教学的研究者和终身学习的示范者。同时，新课程改革还要求开展学习方式的革命。     

建设美丽的华西村 造就幸福的华西人

在举国上下深情纪念邓小平同志百年诞辰之际，缅怀邓小平同志的丰功伟绩，使我们再次感受到，他不愧是一位最杰出的共产党人，不愧是一位功盖千秋的伟大人物。从华西来说，如果没有邓小平理论的正确指导，如果没有改革开放政策和“三个有利于”的正确指引，就不会有我们华西今天的一切。概括起来，我们的主要体会有6个字：一是“发展”，二是“特色”，三是“共富”。

专业建设是高职学校改革和发展的重要组成部分,又是课程建设的基础、纲领。本文通过以就业导向做好专业建设的实践,对如何做好高职的专业建设的问题,进行了探索。     

A variety-increasing view of the development of the semiconductor industry in Taiwan

The development of the semiconductor industry depends on its interactions with the environment. Developing countries face more constraints and the environmental interactions seem more complicated. The development process of the semiconductor industry could be better understood with regard to the interactions and social changes. This study proposes a variety-increasing viewpoint based on the concepts of variety increasing and internal learning to analyze the developmental experience of the semiconductor industry in Taiwan. The result shows that the development of Taiwanese semiconductor industry is a continuous variety-increasing process, which is achieved by searching and establishing successful associations in an increasingly wider and complex environment. Implications on the ongoing development of Taiwan's semiconductor industry and the development experiences of other East Asian countries are discussed.

透视安然的崩塌

因安然公布第三季度巨额亏损而引发的安然申请破产案，使这个全美最大的天然气与电力交易商、《财富》“美国500”中的第7强、最富创新精神和成长最快的公司之一，突然崩塌。虽然各种调查正在进行当中，但是不合规的股权货币化运作，与重大关联交易相关的隐藏投资损失和转移资金的黑洞等，可能是造成安然崩塌的部分原因。而少数高级管理人员的贪婪，独立会计审计的纵容，会计与审计制度的弊端，以及资本运作手段的过度使用，无疑是导致安然悲剧的深层原因。     

现代金融是21世纪经济运行的轴心

在人类社会进入21世纪的今天,世界经济正在发生一些显著的、甚至是根本性的变化。这种显著变化的重要特征之一就是经济增长的方式和推动经济增长的基础要素正在发生根本性变化。传统经济增长理论认为,经济增长的要素有劳动力、土地和资本(资金),之后又加上了一些生产要素,如管理、信息等。有越来越多的迹象表明,在21世纪经济运行中,这些要素虽然仍将发挥着非常重要的作用,但有两个要素在经济增长过程中所起的作用将比以往任何时候都更加突出,这就是现代科学技术和现代金融。     

以设计为核心的质量管理体系

新世纪的来临，凸显出高科技搭上知识经济快速列车的征兆，在加快新产品开发步伐和缩短产品更新换代周期时间方面展示出美好的前景。以信息、技术和学习为基础的知识经济为提高生产率和经济增长开创了新的里程碑。面对这一新时期，更需要有个增值，适宜和有效的质量管理体系作为推进经济活动的发动机。     

Theory and practice of value management and its innovation for natural resources from the perspective of sustainable development

The supreme obstacle for sustainable development of natural resources is the scarecity, bottleneck. So how to promote the sustainable utilizing and increase the using efficiency of natural resources is worth studying. This paper suggests that we should improve the model and means of evaluating method and value management based on th~ theory of natural resource compensation. This paper discusses the User Cost Method based on the microeeonomicaspect which can change the evaluating method for natural resources. From the perspective of value managemen model, we should use the User Cost Method to realize the linkage and integration of micro and macro eompensation for natural resources. Based on the evaluating and aecounting idea User Cost Method, this paper presents a theo. retical framework to harmonize and link micro and macro compensation for natural resources. At present, we should seek the new approach and method to manage natural resources, so can we realize the capitalization managemen focusing on the vahte management for natural resources.     

积分循环赛在学校篮球竞赛中的应用研究

为了在学校篮球竞赛中引入积分循环赛，文章针对棋类积分编排存在的三个方面问题，通过采用每轮比赛排名作为配对排序的条件，并对棋类积分编排方法进行了一定的简化移植，经过多次试验性编排，运用电子表格技术设计出了一整套篮球积分编排方法。这种方法可实际运用于篮球积分循环赛的手工编排，并能为实现计算机篮球积分编排提供理论依据。
