中国农村小额信贷宏观效率现状分析

中国农村小额信贷的宏观效率包括小额信贷运作对农村经济发展的作用效率和政府监管农村小额信贷市场的效率,其影响因素主要包括农村地区货币量与农村经济总量比率、农村地区货币结构比率、政府调控农村小额信贷措施的影响力、政府调控农村小额信贷效果与预期目标的偏离程度等。受农村小额信贷运作对农村经济发展的作用效率较低和政府监管农村小额信贷市场的效率较低的影响,目前中国农村小额信贷的宏观效率较低。     

中国制造业上市公司创新行为对企业技术效率的影响研究

以2006-2008年的51家制造业上市公司为样本,运用DEA-Tobit模型,分别检验了研发投入和专利产出对企业技术效率的影响。实证结果表明:R&D经费投入对技术效率具有显著的积极影响;研发人员投入对技术效率的当期效应和长期效应均为正相关,但只在累积效应模型中通过了显著性检验;发明专利对样本企业的技术效率具有显著的积极影响,并具有明显的滞后性;实用新型专利对样本企业的技术效率具有显著的负效应,同时存在明显的滞后性;外观设计专利对样本企业的技术效率具有负效应,但不显著。结果启示,可以通过制定合理的研发战略来提升企业的自主创新能力,这是企业提高技术效率的重要途径之一。     

生态经济政策问题探源研究

环境经济快速发展的迅猛态势所付出的代价令人担忧。如果环境经济政策是为环境问题量身定做的,那么环境恶化的不可逆转又从何而来?研究环境经济政策的针对性和科学性存在的问题,首先提出了生态经济政策源头存在的问题,接着从政策的针对性和科学性方面指出生态经济政策问题的理论缺陷,继而通过制度经济以及制度与行为经济的理论对生态经济政策进行探源研究,对现有生态经济政策探源研究进行补充,最后提出国外可借鉴条款。为生态经济政策经济化研究提供方向,提供改善政策效率的契机。     

Equilibrium price formation in markets with differentially informed agents

We consider a pure exchange economy with a finite set of types of agents which have incomplete and asymmetric information on the states of nature. Our aim was to describe the equilibrium price formation and analyze how the lack of information may affect the allocation of resources. To do so, we adapt to an asymmetric information scenario a variant of the Shapley–Shubik game introduced by Dubey and Geanakoplos (J Math Econ 39:391–400, 2003 ).     

资源税的价格效应分析

2011年11月1日实施的资源税改革将原油和天然气由原来的从量计征改为从价计征,税率均为销售额的5％-10％,其他的资源税税日依旧是从量计征。这次的资源税改革使社会上普遍关注资源税税改后导致的资源性产品价格上涨．进而对居民消费价格指数CPI产生很大压力。文章采用实证分析方法分析资源税是否会严重影响CPI,研究结果表明资源税对CPI影响不大。     

The interactions between natural and physical capitals in the tourist lifecycle model

This paper presents a model of the interactions between natural resources and physical capital in the evolution of a tourist destination. The projected trajectory of the number of tourists approaches the classical lifecycle pattern. The post-stagnation phase is analyzed within the model, obtaining different patterns which depend on the impacts of physical capital on both demand and environmental degradation. The magnitudes of these impacts are determined by the type of tourism. An empirical application to the case of the tourist industry in the Canary Islands (Spain) is presented, showing that the model can represent the general characteristics of the post-stagnation phase of a tourist destination.     

对我国股票型开放式基金的一种业绩评价

为了全面、有效反映基金的综合业绩,本文选取净值收益率、市场风险、Sharp指数、选股能力和择时能力五个指标作为51只股票型开放式基金的业绩评价指标,运用因子分析和聚类分析方法对其进行归类、总结,最终把样本分成具有不同风险和收益特征的五个类别。在为投资者提供更为一目了然的投资导向的同时,得出结论：我国股票型开放式基金总体运行良好,但其分布结构欠佳,且基金经理人的能力有待进一步提高。     

Pulse Fishing and Stock Uncertainty

Large variation in stock dynamics affects the accuracy of stock estimates, which fisheries managers rely on when determining quotas and other regulations. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the implications of uncertainty on pulse fishing. We show that as the variance of the random natural fluctuations increases, the optimal pulse length decreases and converge toward a constant-escapement policy. Hence, in fisheries with large natural variability, a constant-escapement policy is a good approximation of the optimal policy.     

Entrepreneurial Structure Qualitative Analysis: The Case of Seville (Spain)

In the field of territorial economic growth, it is possible to identify important characteristics in the entrepreneurial structure, such as the structure of the size of firms, main activity sectors, or the degree of innovation. However, other lesser known characteristics are important also, such as functional dependency, which considers the relationship between small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and suppliers and clients belonging to any territorial field or productive dependency, which considers the level of concentration in terms of buying and selling in connection with the main suppliers and clients, respectively. In order to empirically contrast the importance of these entrepreneurial characteristics and try to relate them with territorial economic growth, a sample of 400 enterprises in the province of Seville (Spain) is used.
