金融危机对我国玩具行业带来了巨大的挑战,同时也带来了发展的机遇。我国玩具行业应采取文化先行战略,加强文化创新和科技创新,推动玩具行业突破发展瓶颈,增强抵御危机的能力,从而振兴我国玩具业的发展。     

Spatial Regression Analysis vs. Kriging Methods for Spatial Estimation

Due to the rapid development of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in recent years, spatial data analysis has received considerable attention and played an important role in social science. Although many standard statistical techniques are attractive in traditional data analysis, they cannot be implemented uncritically for spatial data. Generally, most of the studies in spatial data analysis can be divided into two branches: the model-driven approach and the data-driven approach. The main aim of this paper is the comparison of both approaches. To carry out such a task, crime rate data in Columbus (Ohio), coming from a well-known database, have been used. The main aim of this paper is to illustrate how spatial effects can be viewed as spatial econometric models, which assess the limitations of standard techniques in a spatial context, suggesting alternative methods to deal with this problem. An application to the crime rate in Columbus (Ohio) has been carried out.

Pricing Liquid Petroleum Gas in Mexico

This paper considers the regulation of pricing of liquid petroleum gas in Mexico. We construct a model that incorporates all information essential to the pricing question and derive relationships that should hold between prices in Mexico and prices in world markets. Prices in Mexico can be tied to the readily observable prices in the United States by a netback rule. However, this rule can lead to incentives to increase the price of domestic liquid petroleum gas by diverting production from the regulated market.     

Electrification and energy productivity

Energy productivity is crucial for sustainable development. We use cointegration analyses to investigate the effect of electricity on energy productivity in Swedish industry from 1930 to 1990. Electricity augmented energy productivity in those industrial branches that used electricity for multiple purposes. This productivity effect goes beyond “book-keeping effects,” i. e. it is not only the result of electricity being produced in one sector (taking the energy transformation losses) and consumed in another (receiving the benefits).     

Returns from social capital in open source software networks

Open Source Software projects base their operation on a collaborative structure for knowledge exchange in the form of provision or reception of information, expertise and feedback on the creation of source code. Here, we address the direction of these knowledge flows among projects throughout social networks and their impact on project success. We identify the roles of membership or contribution that individuals play within projects. We found that connections through contributors who bring their knowledge to the project, improve project success, and that connection through members, who transfer their knowledge towards other projects, enhance project success. Finally, we found that ties through shared membership and contributions hamper project success. The analysis of knowledge flows and their impact on project success imply a translation of returns from investment in social capital, where investment takes the shape of knowledge flows and the returns mean the projects’ diffusion over the network.

关于人口红利的一般讨论——兼论老龄化中国人口红利的实现问题

人口红利是近些年来为人们所关注的一个重要概念,该概念旨在描述人口年龄结构变动对经济增长的促进作用。然而,目前关于这一概念尚有很多混淆的认识。^[1]概念的混淆可能导致当前存在大量关于人口红利计算方法的不解与对实现人口红利的条件的忽视。^[2]在参考已有研究文献的基础上,本文意在进一步明确人口红利的概念以及人口红利作用的经济机理,并探讨老龄化背景下我国人口红利可能的实现途径。     

基于DEA的我国省际高技术产业发展模式及相对优势产业选择

近几年来,高技术产业的发展一直是学术界的热门话题。应用数据包络分析（DEA）模型和聚类方法对我国省际高技术行业进行研究,对目前我国存在的几种高技术产业发展模式进行总结和描述。效率分析不仅有助于了解我国各高技术行业的区域发展情况,更为分辨各区域的优势产业提供了依据。在DEA分析的基础上,运用聚类方法对各省高技术产业发展模式进行了探讨。     

中美新科技创新政策比较

2006年几乎在同一时间,中美两国分别发布了《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要》和《美国竞争力计划》,研究在未来的探索、发明及创新上的国家科技发展的新政策,以及为此而提出的变革构想及发展路径。通过考察两国新政策的制定背景和主要内容,比较分析各自特点,提出我国未来科技创新政策应当注意的问题。     

创业政策理论框架构建及其完善措施——创业过程的视角

在创业过程理论基础上,架构了包含创业动机、机会识别以及企业创立三阶段创业政策理论框架。在此框架的指导下,提出了在机构设置、资金担保机制、创业教育政策体系、税收以及政府采购5方面的创业政策完善措施。
