金融消费者保护(AEA2011年会哈佛论文,下)

近期的金融危机使得很多人开始质疑企业在提供服务方面的表现,而对于消费者金融市场中存在的问题,监管机构的处理能力也同样受到质疑.本文论述了消费者金融监管问题,重点对市场失灵的监管、金融决策中有限消费理性的监管进行全方位深入地探讨.本文引用了三个案例:按揭市场、发薪日贷款以及退休消费融资,通过案例分析来说明监管的必要性及有限性.我们认为,只有当监管是针对具体问题所设定,并以监管干预的有效性评估研究为辅助,那么此项监管才会是有益的.

Ritzer's McDonaldization thesis holds that McDonald's, with its efficiency, calculability, predictability, and control, is a good model for the forces of modern capitalism that structure both production and consumption. This article argues that while McDonaldization represents a particular collection of forces, there also exists a rising countertrend in post-industrial societies that we call eBayization. Whereas McDonaldization produces homogeneity and predictability, eBayization provides variety, adventure, and surprise, both for better and worse. Underlying these differences in the product line and consumer experience is a difference in organizational structures wherein McDonaldization emphasizes a centrally coordinated market, while eBayization brings the freedoms and abuses of a risk society.

商业银行对大型优质客户个性化服务及创新研究——以淮南矿业(集团)公司为例

大型优质企业历来是商业银行竞争的主要对象和创收的主要来源.随着国内大型优质企业纷纷建立财务公司,以其替代商业银行的融资功能,这对传统商业银行业务是一个巨大的挑战,也对商业银行提出了综合化、个性化服务的新要求.中国工商银行淮南分行在服务淮南矿业(集团)公司的实践中发现存在以下问题:审批链条长,时效性较差;各部门协同作战能力有待提高;人员素质有待提高;绩效考核制度有待完善等问题.本文提出如下政策建议:改革内部管理机制,提高办理效率;整合营销,发挥协同作用;完善客户经理制,培养复合型金融人才;完善绩效考核制度,提高员土工作积极性等.     

跨境异常资金流入的途径、危害及对策建议——以海南省为视角

在当前我国人民币升值预期及从紧货币政策背景下,跨境异常资金流入成为新兴国家外汇管理中遇到的新问题。为加强跨境短期资金流入管理,笔者通过对近年来海南省辖区跨境异常资金流入情况的调查,剖析了跨境异常资金流入的主要渠道、动因及危害,并就如何加强外汇管理提出相关的政策建议。     

A dream denied? Mining legislation and the Constitution in Indonesia

Indonesia is blessed with a wealth of natural resources. After wresting power from the Dutch, the leaders of the new republic adopted a constitution that required this national wealth to ‘be controlled and utilised by the State for maximum prosperity of the people’. The dream of turning the country's abundant natural resources into a catalyst for socio-economic development was not pursued actively until 1967, when Soeharto's incoming New Order government introduced policies that supported a significant expansion of the mining industry. The combined effect of the Asian financial crisis and domestic political unrest in 1997–98 interrupted this process. It was anticipated that the introduction of a new mining law in 2009 would re-invigorate the sector. Based on an analysis of five significant elements of the new legislation, this article finds it is unlikely to result in a mining industry that provides maximum benefit to the Indonesian people.     

Measuring the duration of emotional experience: the influence of actual duration and response format

In a number of retrospective studies it has been found that the duration of emotional experience is highly variable and several determinants that account for this variability have been identified. However, two issues that may have consequences for the measurement of emotion duration have been left unaddressed. First, it is unclear whether people are capable of remembering the duration of their actual emotional experience. Second, it is uncertain whether estimates of the duration of emotional experience are influenced by the format of the response scale. Participants watched joy- and sadness-sustaining movie fragments of different durations. At the end of the day they were asked to estimate the duration of each fragment or the duration of their emotions during each fragment on a relatively short-range or long-range scale. Regardless of whether fragment or emotion duration was estimated, estimates were (a) largely accurate and (b) higher on long-range compared to short-range scales.
