以人民为中心的高质量发展理论内涵

准确把握我国社会主要矛盾的变化,实现经济社会高质量发展,必须深刻理解高质量发展的理论内涵。从质量本源内涵出发,坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导的高质量发展。一方面,重视经济社会发展,以三大变革为手段,五大发展理念为指导,全面提升经济社会发展质量;另一方面,强调人民获得感、安全感、幸福感的提升,以人民为中心,不断提高广大人民群众的生活质量,促进人的全面发展,传承质量文化,打造质量自信,充分体现以人为本的核心内涵。高质量发展是缓解社会主要矛盾、加快推进质量强国建设、加快迈向质量新时代、加快实现中国梦的必然路径。     

Vicarious warfare and dynamic efficiency of companies in the aerospace and defence industry

This study explores the economic performance that vicarious warfare can bring for the aerospace and defence industry. First, this study measures the performance of 22 companies using a nonradial dynamic data envelopment analysis model from 2011 to 2017. Second, this study evaluates whether vicarious warfare can influence the performance. The efficiency analysis suggests rooms for improvements meanwhile, the projection analysis suggests that market value should be significantly increased, and the number of employees should be reduced significantly. The regression analysis suggests that the number of times a country takes a side in wars would positively affect the efficiency of companies.     

Cognitive reflection and economic order quantity inventory management: An experimental investigation

We use laboratory experiments to evaluate the effects of individuals' cognitive abilities on their behavior in a finite horizon economic order quantity model. Participants' abilities to balance intuitive judgment with cognitive deliberations are measured by the cognitive reflection test (CRT). Participants then complete a sequence of ordering decisions. Our results show that participants with higher CRT scores on average earn greater profit and choose more effective policies. However, these gaps are transitory as participants with lower CRT scores exhibit faster learning. We also show gender differences in performance do not hold when we control for individual CRT scores.

通过对企业物流系统通路的分析,明确了汽车企业物流成本的构成;通过对企业物流系统财务模式的分析,探讨使企业物流成本得到集约化控制的基本保证;通过对企业物流系统降成本目标设定的论述,寻找降成本的关键环节;最后得出通过对企业物流的系统规划和流程重组,借助于物流业务外包和内部资源的优化整合,以提高物流系统的运作速度和资源利用率,合理降低物流成本。     

满意度测评结果分类分析

满意指数已经成为许多国家衡量经济产出质量的重要指标，为宏观经济管理提供了有效的决策参考依据，但是，如何进一步开发利用满意指数调查信息，加大对微观层面的经济组织经营管理活动的指导作用，仍然是满意度研究的重要课题。本文利用真实的用户满意指数测评调查数据，对营销管理中用户类型划分问题进行了分析，结果表明，用户满意指数测评调查数据，可以准确地将用户划分为逃离型、趋利型、受制型和忠诚型。     

跨国公司知识管理的模式分析

本文根据跨国公司知识来源的不同,把知识管理划分为知识的内部治理和外部治理,并针对不同类型的知识,提炼、归纳出三种跨国公司开展知识管理的模式,即个性化模式、全球化模式和社会化模式。     

六西格玛呼唤管理“软”环境

六西格玛管理在GE的成功运用。受到学术界与企业界的广泛关注，被喻为韦尔奇的“制胜法宝”。我国许多企业也争相研究这一管理模式，但是六西格玛不仅仅是一个管理工具，更重要的是一种管理理念，中国企业如果要推行六西格玛管理，需要首先塑造与之相适应的“软环境”。     

面向供应链管理的库存问题与对策

以两个典型企业为例,比较研究了我国制造型企业在面向供应链管理的库存控制中的现象和企业行为特征,将所存在的问题归结为面向企业外部和内部两个层次。针对面向企业内部的问题探讨了解决对策,并讨论了用仿真作为供应链库存控制问题对策研究的基本方法的可行性和应用前景。     

What Is Common Among Return Anomalies? Evidence from Insider Trading

For a broad set of anomalies, we establish a common pattern of underreaction to information contained in preceding insider trading activity. Our main analysis focuses on the anomalies' short legs, which generate persistent negative abnormal returns. For stocks in the short legs, future returns are systematically related to the information signal contained in preceding insider trading activity, indicating underreaction. For insider trading information, we consider the possibility of net buying, net selling, and no trading (or silence). The underreaction effect is economically significant, with the most negative signal accounting for an average of 71% of short-leg returns. This underreaction effect survives numerous robustness checks and remains important after accounting for investor sentiment, information environment, and limits to arbitrage.

复杂技术如同一个多元技术网络系统,其网络化布局存在潜在的横向风险、纵向风险及结构风险。对应三维度风险分析,从网络合作规则设计、技术网络治理与技术网络资金支撑体系构建以及产权制度创新3个方面,提出了应对复杂技术网络化布局风险的规避策略与制度设计,对了解我国复杂技术创新网络以及加强网络风险治理具有一定的借鉴意义。
