分析了城市化后建设社区图书馆的必要性以及由公共图书馆创办或参与社区馆发展的好处，阐述了两者之间在图书馆事业发展中的相互影响、相互推动的关系。公共图书馆应该充分发挥其各方面的优势来促进社区图书馆的发展，建设特色社区图书馆网络。     

基于交易费用理论的企业边界纵向一体化研究

交易费用理论认为，企业的最优边界在市场费用等于企业协调成本那一点，交易费用中的企业规模实质上是企业的纵向规模即纵向边界，企业纵向规模的扩张主要通过纵向一体化来实现。虽然纵向一体化能够有效地削弱人的机会主义和有限理性，克服不确定性，降低交易成本，但它并不必然是企业发展的一种好办法，企业发展到一定阶段，纵向分拆策略是有效的。企业的纵向边界呈现扩张与收缩交互进行的局面。

国有林场的成本核算纷繁复杂,一业为主,多业并存,交相置换,有营林生产成本、建安设备成本、木材生产成本、加工工业成本和服务业成本等五大系列成本。聚那么多项系列成本费用在一起核算,如何区别,怎样分流,达到繁而不乱、多而有界、杂而有序,是本文提请就教于同行展开的议题。     

从马克思的货币支付手段看我国当前的三角债问题

随着买方市场的形成,供求与需求矛盾逐渐加剧。由于市场疲软,产品积压,企业普遍存在流动资金不足的问题。为维持再生产过程,只好通过拖欠他人货款的方式购买原材料。久而久之,造成企业间的大量拖欠,形成三角债问题,严重影响了经济运行效率,成为我国国有企业和一些中小企业的严重束缚。本文试就这个问题结合马克思关于货币支付手段来探讨当前我国三角债问题的成因及应采取的对策。     

Budget deficits,money growth and inflation: the Turkish evidence

The paper investigates the long-run relationships between budget deficits, inflation and monetary growth in Turkey considering two alternative trivariate systems corresponding to the narrowest and the broadest monetary aggregates. While the joint endogeneity of money and inflation rejects the validity of the monetarist view, lack of a direct relationship between inflation and budget deficits makes the pure fiscal theory explanations illegitimate for the Turkish case. Consistent with the policy regime of financing domestic debt through the commercial banking system, budget deficits lead to a growth not of currency seigniorage but of broad money in Turkey. This mode of deficit financing, leading to the creation of near money and restricting the scope for an effective monetary policy, may not be sustainable, as the government securities/broad money ratio cannot grow without limit.     

The stability of the Turkish Phillips curve and alternative regime shifting models

This article, presents empirical evidence supporting instability of the Phillips curve in Turkey. We employ the multiple structural break models and the Markov-switching models and then evaluate the performance of the two models. The data pertain to the monthly inflation rate in Turkey for the period of 1987 to 2004. The results show that the Turkish Phillips curve is not linear. There exists no evidence on the asymmetry in the inflation response to output gap. The persistence of inflation is found to be much lower than in linear models. After 2001, slight decline in persistence of inflation is observed. There exits weaker support for the Phillips curve for the periods where the policymakers attempt to take the advantage of the tradeoff between output and inflation relationship.     

Teaching Interactive Media Design

In todays, computer-centered society, designing interactive media has emerged as a new profession. Interactive design is often associated with spread of computers as a communication and interaction tool. However, interactive design has been a staple of artists and designers for many centuries. We present a historical perspective upon interactive design and point out the close relationship of this field with different fields of art and design. We argue that interactive media design is a distinct and evolving field and that it is imperative to teach it as such. In this paper, we have adopted this perspective and detailed a new four-year under-graduate curriculum on interactive media design education. This curriculum stresses the various components of interactive media design and its close relationship with computer science. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

加入WTO与民营企业的发展

从长远发展的角度看，加入WTO给民营企业的发展带来了新的发展契机；但从短期和局部来看，民营企业在其管理方式，技术能力，经营素质，营销理念等方面的相对落后，又将面临着入世后的严峻挑战。如何应对WTO，寻找民营企业生存发展的有效途径和对策，无疑具有战略性意义。
