从法律视角入手，在阐述其概念的同时，结合《物权法》将其立法现状做一完整的梳理，列举其立法缺陷，并对其完善提出一定建议。     

Anti-consumption beyond boundaries: From niche topic to global phenomena

The first anti-consumption special issue was published by Psychology & Marketing in 2002. More than a decade later, in 2018, the International Center for Anti-consumption Research held its seventh Symposium at the University of Almeria, Spain. This gathering was accompanied by an open call-for-papers in Psychology & Marketing to create a much-anticipated follow-up special issue. Many papers were received for both the symposium and official call. This editorial introduces the final 10 papers that comprise the Psychology & Marketing 2020 special issue on anti-consumption. While the area of anti-consumption has mushroomed into a vast array of work since 2002, this editorial provides four major themes that help to frame the contributions of the 10 new papers as well as set the scene for future work in anti-consumption. The four themes are: Conceptual clarity and refinement; ideological perspectives; environmental and sustainability focus; and novel outlooks on anti-consumption.     

EMU and trade: A PPML re-assessment with intra-national trade flows

This paper examines the EMU effect on trade for the eleven early joiners and Greece relying for the first time on data that include both international and intra-national trade flows, in line with all the microfoundations of the structural gravity model of trade. We find that the overall EMU impact on trade is positive between its members and, specially, for trade between members and non-members. Interestingly, we further show that the effect of the EMU on bilateral trade remarkably differs across countries. For Ireland, Belgium–Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal and Austria, we find robust evidence that EMU has boosted trade both with other members and with third countries, while for Finland, France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands, the results suggest that only trade with third countries has been enhanced by the EMU. Greece is the only country that shows a negative impact in trade with other EMU members and no effect in trade with non-members. Finally, the results across countries according to the direction of the trade flows (exports versus imports) do not show significant differences in any case.     

Alpha or beta in the eye of the beholder: What drives hedge fund flows?

Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) alpha explains hedge fund flows better than alphas from more sophisticated models. This suggests that investors pool together sophisticated model alpha with returns from exposures to traditional (except for the market) and exotic risks. We decompose performance into traditional and exotic risk components and find that while investors chase both components, they place greater relative emphasis on returns associated with exotic risk exposures that can only be obtained through hedge funds. However, we find little evidence of persistence in performance from traditional or exotic risks, which cautions against investors’ practice of seeking out risk exposures following periods of recent success.     

俄罗斯IT市场亮点频现

俄罗斯作为一个发展中的大国,经济的发展与政治的稳定为俄罗斯的IT产业快速发展创造了良好的外部环境。俄长期重视基础性的研究,其数学研究非常深入,这就形成了俄罗斯在IT一些领域独特的优势,如先进的网络安全技术、电子认证技术、图像识别技术、模拟技术。俄政府将信息产业作为发展重点,采取了一系列重要举措,制定了《2002至2010年俄罗斯联邦信息化发展目标纲要》、电子俄罗斯计划,并配以相应的机构。在政府的大力推动下,计算机、软件、系统集成、通信迅速崛起,同时拉动了信息产业的发展。但与发达国家相比,信息产业总体规模仍相对较小,尚处于初级阶段,发展空间大,市场前景广阔。俄作为中国第8大贸易伙伴,俄中两国都属于经济发展迅速的国家,对俄信息产业研究,具有一定的借鉴意义。

The Credit Risk and Pricing of OTC Options

In the over-the-counter (OTC) markets, the options traded are always subject to credit risk. Therefore the counterparty’s credit risk is a striking factor when pricing options, whereas it is not considered in the classic Black-Scholes models. Based on the first passage time models, this paper develops the credit risk and valuation model for the European options in the OTC markets, incorporating a practical default trigger mechanism. The default probability and the pricing formulae of the OTC options are obtained by using partial differential equation (PDE) techniques, especially Green’s function.

江泽民同志的"七一"重要讲话,是对我们党80年的光辉历程和基本经验作了系统总结,是对"三个代表"的内涵进行了科学阐述,是指导我们在新世纪全面推进建设有中国特色社会主义事业、全面推进党的建设的纲领性文献.如何把"三个代表"的重要思想贯彻到基层央行工作中去,特别是贯彻到金融监管和金融服务的全过程中去,笔者对此谈几点体会.

对供应商属性指标进行赋值分析,可采用供应商评价和挑选的量化模型.它是一个供应商分析评价和选择灰关联分析模型.该模型结合了层次分析法和灰色系统的理念,用客观的数据来消除层次分析法中的主观因素.使用该模型,可以很方便地计算出供应商履行的总体测度.
