地方高校办刊中的马太效应

马太效应普遍存在于社会各领域,地方高校办刊也必定受到它的影响.马太效应对地方高校办刊的影响主要表现在稿源分流、核心期刊的评定等方面.我们在办刊中要尽量发挥马太效应的正面影响,避免其负面影响,努力办好地方高校学报.     

宋代商人地位的提高及商业弊政

宋代"重商",是政府鉴于商品经济进一步发展,商业税收为国家财政带来大幅增加的现实,重视商人和商业而采取的政策.一方面,政府给商人以支持,提高部分商人的社会地位,商人可以入仕,有识之士对"商"的态度也有所改变.另一方面,继承了古代社会重农抑商的传统,官府对商业的发展也给予控制和抑制.这表现在对商人实施的重税政策.     

浅析村邮站建设的战略意义

文章对村邮站建设的战略意义进行了分析，并对村邮站建设带来的社会效益及其对邮政的推动作用进行了探讨，以提高邮政员工的思想认识，推动工作积极开展。     

Ethical sensitivity to stakeholder interests: A cross-cultural comparison

This study applied Hofstede’s typology to examine the effect of culture on ethical sensitivity toward various stakeholders. It was found that uncertainty avoidance had a positive effect and that power distance and individualism/masculinity had negative effects on ethical sensitivity. The results also indicated that ethical sensitivity to stakeholder interests is dependent on which stakeholder is affected. Although Americans and Taiwanese sales agents were equally sensitive to customer interests, the Taiwanese were more sensitive to the interests of their company and a competitor but were less sensitive to the interests of a colleague. This study should prove valuable to international marketers because the cultural typology allows managers to identify differences in work-related values of employees across different nationalities and thus provides a theoretical base for designing more effective sales management practices. Jeffrey G. Blodgett (Ph.D., Indiana University) is an associate professor of marketing at the University of Mississippi. His research interests include consumer complaint behavior and cross-cultural issues. His work has been published in theJournal of Retailing, Journal of Services Research, Journal of Business Research, Psychology and Marketing, and in other marketing journals. Long-Chuan Lu is an assistant professor of marketing at the National Chung-Cheng University of Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Mississippi. His work has previously appeared in theJournal of Business Ethics, in addition to other journals and conference proceedings. Gregory M. Rose (Ph.D., University of Oregon) is an assistant professor of marketing at the University of Mississippi. His research interests include consumer socialization and cross-cultural consumer behavior. He has published articles in theJournal of Consumer Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Journal of Advertising, Journal of Marketing, and other journals and proceedings. Scott J. Vitell is the Phil B. Hardin Professor of Marketing at the University of Mississippi, receiving his Ph.D. from Texas Tech University. His previous work has appeared in theJournal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research, andResearch in Marketing and the Journal of Business Ethics, in addition to numerous other journals and conference proceedings.

近年来,天津市高度重视中小企业融资工作,营造宽松环境,拓宽融资渠道、提高融资服务水平、推进中小企业金融产品体系不断创新,助推中小企业健康快速发展。至2010年6月末全市银行业金融机构（含外资银行）中小企业贷款余额2988.9亿元,比年初增加247.3亿元,切实缓解中小企业融资难题。     

A faster estimation method for the probability of informed trading using hierarchical agglomerative clustering

The probability of informed trading (PIN) is a commonly used market microstructure measure for detecting the level of information asymmetry. Estimating PIN can be problematic due to corner solutions, local maxima and floating point exceptions (FPE). Yan and Zhang [J. Bank. Finance, 2012, 36, 454–467] show that whilst factorization can solve FPE, boundary solutions appear frequently in maximum likelihood estimation for PIN. A grid search initial value algorithm is suggested to overcome this problem. We present a faster method for reducing the likelihood of boundary solutions and local maxima based on hierarchical agglomerative clustering (HAC). We show that HAC can be used to determine an accurate and fast starting value approximation for PIN. This assists the maximum likelihood estimation process in both speed and accuracy.     

我国刑罚轻缓化的经济分析——兼论罚金刑和自由刑的适用

刑罚轻缓化已经成为刑罚结构改革的总体趋势,通过对刑罚轻缓化的经济分析,我们可以挖掘出刑罚轻缓化背后深层次的原因,那就是＂高概率的惩罚与轻刑化＂的组合是预防和控制犯罪最为经济有效的方式,而轻刑化即我们所谓的刑罚轻缓化。在刑罚轻缓化的背景之下,透视罚金刑与自由刑的适用,我们可以发现罚金刑更符合刑罚轻缓化之意旨,应提升到主刑的地位,未来我国的刑罚结构改革也应以罚金刑为主导,而自由刑只起辅助的作用。     

商业银行监管与腐败关系研究

政府是商业银行监管的重要力量。本文讨论了监管权力与监管效率的关系,通过模型和数据的分析,指出监管部门的权力必须得到约束,并应进一步完善监管部门的行政架构和激励制度。另外,加强市场监管和促进信息披露对于完善监管体系具有重要意义。
