变电站断路器更换方法的优化

随着电力事业的飞速发展,许多变电站安装的老式一次设备需更换。断路器作为重要的一次设备,对于变电站的稳定运行具有重要作用,但传统的更换方法存在时间长、影响供电可靠性的问题。在保证工程质量的前提下,运用关键路径法对110kV变电站断路器更换的施工方法进行了优化分析。应用实践表明,此方法可以极大地缩短工期,减少线路停电时间,有利于提高电力系统的稳定性和供电可靠性。

Tripartite consultation: an emergent form of governance shaping employment relations in China

This article examines China's approach to industrial consultation by examining six tripartite bodies at the national, provincial and county levels. It argues that the institutionalisation of tripartitism is consistent with China's overall approach to market reform being characterised by experimentalism, gradualism, dynamism and a gradual softening of party domination. Despite limitations, it is accepted that China is building a transition tripartite system that is bolstering the autonomy and representational capacity of the social partners.     

Estimation of poverty measures with auxiliary information in sample surveys

The analysis of poverty measures has been receiving increased attention in recent years. This paper contributes to the literature by developing percentile ratio estimators based on the pseudo empirical likelihood method. In practice, variances of poverty measures could be not expressible by simple formulae and consequently other techniques should be used in the variance estimation stage. Assuming percentile ratios, resampling techniques are investigated in this paper. A numerical example based on data from the Spanish Household Panel Survey is taken up to illustrate how suggested procedures can perform better than existing ones. The effect of a model-misspecification on the proposed estimators is also evaluated by using simulated populations.     

Second‐Mover Advantages with Asymmetric Costs and Information Updates: A Product Life Cycle Perspective

Two firms with asymmetric costs engage in a Stackelberg game under multiple levels of uncertainty with information updating. A product life cycle perspective is employed to reveal when and why a second‐mover may have an advantage. At early stages in the product life cycle, when uncertainty is the dominating factor, the impact of uncertainty may be either positive or negative. As a result, the Stackelberg leader faces the possibility of either overshooting or losing its market leadership position to the second‐mover. In later market stages, when cost is more important, a process‐innovating second‐mover may accrue higher profits. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Stochastic equilibria of an asset pricing model with heterogeneous beliefs and random dividends

We investigate dynamical properties of a heterogeneous agent model with random dividends and further study the relationship between dynamical properties of the random model and those of the corresponding deterministic skeleton, which is obtained by setting the random dividends as their constant mean value. Based on our recent mathematical results, we prove the existence and stability of random fixed points as the perturbation intensity of random dividends is sufficiently small. Furthermore, we prove that the random fixed points converge almost surely to the corresponding fixed points of the deterministic skeleton as the perturbation intensity tends to zero. Moreover, simulations suggest similar behaviors in the case of more complicated attractors. Therefore, the corresponding deterministic skeleton is a good approximation of the random model with sufficiently small random perturbations of dividends. Given that dividends in real markets are generally very low, it is reasonable and significant to some extent to study the effects of heterogeneous agents’ behaviors on price fluctuations by the corresponding deterministic skeleton of the random model.

大城市客运交通系统出行方式特性分析

以我国大城市客运交通系统为研究对象,对各出行方式的出行距离与出行时耗分别进行了分布拟合.研究发现,采用k阶爱尔朗分布拟合表现出良好的适用性.在出行距离方面,小汽车与自行车的出行距离分布随机件最大,常规公交次之,城市轨道交通相对来说出行距离随机性最小;在出行时耗方面,自行车的时耗分布最为集中,小汽车与出租车次之,常规公交与城市轨道交通出行时耗分布范围最广.
