浅析90年代以来日本"流通革命"的原因

90年代以后日本流通业进入激烈变革时期，这种变革是二战以来的第二次流通革命。流通革命改变了日本流通体系和结构，流通企业和生产企业之间的重组日益流行，流通运营方式正在发生变化，因此流通革命将对日本经济产生重要影响。导致日本流通革命的原因很多，主要表现在价格破坏、定价体制改变、进口增加、购买方式变化、流通自由化、产销同盟和信息化等方面的原因。对这些原因及其背景的分析也反映了当今日本经济的概貌和面临的课题。     

The mean-variance investment problem in a constrained financial market

This paper extends the mean-variance analysis and the two-fund separation theorem to a market with some constraints, such as, the incompleteness, prohibition of short-selling, and partial information, with stochastic interest rate, and with stochastic volatility for risky assets. By maximizing a quadratic utility of terminal wealth, we show that the efficient frontier for the problem is a straight line in the mean-standard-deviation diagram. The quadratic utility function exhibits mean-variance efficiency. Our results apply to portfolios of claims in a single period, multiperiod, and continuous time.

信息技术专业人员角色压力的前因分析

信息技术的发展和应用使得信息技术专业人员角色压力问题日益突出,并对其心理、生理和行为都产生了不良的影响。本文采用实证研究方法,分析了授权与沟通这两个组织环境因素对信息技术员工角色压力的影响,并根据研究结论得出了一些缓解角色压力的管理启示。     

政府公职人员经济人性边界界定与启示

政府公职人员是特殊经济人,并且从"经济人"角度、从历史性角度、从社会契约论角度、从初始社会分工及分工发展过程角度看,政府公职人员经济人性应有必要的边界。其经济人性发挥应符合作用空间的"非市场性"、经济人性范围的日趋"紧缩性"、经济人性目标满足渠道的"单一性"及较强的"社会性"这些内在规律。把握这些规律,可有效地建立针对政府公职人员的约束机制和非市场性的竞争机制,还可有效地促进民主发展,这对提升基本公共服务综合绩效及构建和谐社会都具有重要意义。     

后现代主义视野中的《白雪公主》

美国后现代主义作家唐纳德·巴塞尔姆在他的代表作<白雪公主>中成功地运用后现代主义创作手法即碎片式的拼贴、游戏式的戏仿和喜剧性的反讽彻底颠覆了经典的童话故事<白雪公主>,淋漓尽致地嘲讽了后现代社会平庸无聊的生活和精神的空虚与困惑,从而深刻揭示了后现代社会生活的反童话本质.     

Institutions,Entrepreneurship, and Growth: Biomedicine and Polymers in Sweden and Ohio

This paper examines the role of institutions in explaining the differences in performance with respect to entrepreneurship and growth in two industry clusters in two countries: the biomedical/biotechnology and polymer-based industry clusters in Sweden and Ohio. Both clusters are about twice as large in Ohio as in Sweden, even though the industrial history and the composition of industrial output in general are quite similar in the two regions, and even though the Ohio economy is only about 25% larger than that of Sweden.Four types of institutional factors are examined: The science base and mechanisms of technology transfer; the density of networks and the role of business support services and companies in related industries; the entrepreneurial climate, especially the availability of finance; and the policy environment and other infrastructure.Major findings are that the science base plays a different role in the two clusters and that the regions differ in the absorption of new technology, partly due to the differences in the size and structure of firms, that bridging institutions have contributed significantly to connectivity of networks in Ohio, and that the greater availability of venture capital and entrepreneurial management skills makes the Ohio environment for entrepreneurship more supportive than that in Sweden.     

东部沿海八省市利用外资比较分析

随着引进外资量的不断增加，资金短缺局面的改善，我国应转变利用外资战略，更为重视利用外资的质量和绩效。经济发达的东部沿海地区利用了我国绝大部分的外资。本文以我国东部沿海地区三大经济区域（环渤海经济区、长江三角洲、珠江三角洲）的八个省市作为样本，对其利用外资的规模、业绩、质量、效益及潜力进行比较，客观地评价和审视其对外资的使用。     

民营中小企业发展中存在的若干问题

改革开放以后，浙江省民营经济得到大发展，目前正步人工业化中后期，但民营中小企业的发展还存在若干不容忽视的问题，值得研究。     

基于公用GSM网的数据传输系统的设计与应用

文章分析了无线数据传输的工作原理,给出了利用公用GSM网络的SMS功能进行数据传输的实现方案,介绍了基于单片机系统的的远程无线温度采集传输系统,具体包括:电路设计、软件流程、测试结果。此系统设计采用了Dallas的数字温度传感器DS18B20和SMS模块,采用太阳能电池供电,适合于野外环境使用。
