中国上市公司债务期限结构分析

对我国上市公司债务期限结构影响因素进行检验的结果表明,我国上市公司债务期限结构的影响因素较为稳定,内生性对其不构成显著影响.我国上市公司的债务期限与企业规模正相关,与企业财务实力、资本结构负相关,与其他因素没有显著关系.对债务期限和成长性关系的检验结果表明,我国企业应对成长机会变化的工具是财务杠杆而不是债务期限.代理成本理论不能解释我国上市公司债务期限结构的选择行为.     

股票流动性与资本结构动态调整——基于时变的股票市场摩擦的视角

本文使用2000～2008年间深沪两市中仅发行了A股的上市公司的高频交易数据,采用相对有效价差和相对报价价差来衡量股票流动性。考察了股票流动性对资本结构动态调整速度的影响。使用整体偏调整模型和Nerlove部分调整模型的结果均表明,股票流动性越高,资本结构调整速度越快。作为一个替代性的解释,规模变量的引入并不能消除股票流动性的影响;与向上调整相比。股票流动性在杠杆向下调整的过程中的作用更强;稳健性检验的结论基本一致。     

中小银行流动性风险的成因及防范策略

中小商业银行在保持高利润前提下产生流动性风险与其资产负债业务构成的不对称性、业务拓展的不均衡性以及主动负债能力弱、市场竞争力弱等特点密不可分,在市场经济不断推进、银行竞争不断加剧的形势下,中小银行应进一步加强流动性风险管理,优化负债与信贷结构,深化网点建设,加大货币市场参与力度.     

Consumers’ responses to ambivalent online hotel reviews: The role of perceived source credibility and pre-decisional disposition

Electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) is prevalent in today's lodging market and has potential to influence consumers’ decision making. This study investigated how the presence of online reviewers’ personal identifying information (PII) may affect consumers’ processing of ambivalent online hotel reviews and hotel booking intentions. The results of an experiment with a sample of 274 undergraduate students indicate that the presence of PII positively affects the perceived credibility of the online reviews. When coupled with ambivalent online reviews, the presence of PII significantly lowers consumers’ hotel booking intentions.     

人民币汇率波动对国际企业价值影响实证研究

双对数计量经济模型可以较为准确地描述人民币汇率对国际企业价值的影响.实证分析表明,人民币汇率对企业中短期产生的影响较大,且影响强度随着国际企业外贸收入占主营业务收入比例的增长而增大.通过对行业指数(包括非金融行业指数和金融行业指数)的中期历史数据的分析,发现不同行业受到外汇风险的影响各有不同.作为研究结果的应用,根据实证结论有针对性地提出了外汇风险管理建议.     

基于遗传算法的多目标集装箱多式联运运输优化模型

基于集装箱多式联运在进行门到门的运输过程中可以选择多种运输方式和路径的组合进行优化运输这个特点，本文将多式联运的运输优化问题转化成为一个最短路径问题，以成本和时间为优化目标建立了选择最优路径的模型，并选择遗传算法作为求解算法对实例问题进行了求解验证。

在界定知识创新的概念及内涵的基础上,根据知识创新过程各个阶段的特点,从组织文化、组织结构、构建知识共享的平台以及组织中的冲突管理方面着手,探讨实现组织知识创新的策略。     

基于多级模糊层次综合评价法的资源承载力研究

本文采用多级模糊层次综合评价法和聚类分析方法对全国30个省市区(不包括西藏、台湾、香港、澳门,下同)的资源承载能力进行了分析,对新疆资源承载力模糊综合评价结果和聚类分析结果进行了综合评价,指出了我国各省市区资源承载力的水平状态以及所处的位次和层次,探讨了各省市区资源承载力区际差异的主要原因。研究结果表明,各省市区间的资源承载力差别很大,东部经济发达的各省市资源承载力较高,显示出经济发展对资源承载力提升的互补性明显,西部经济落后的各省市区资源承载力较差,显示出其对自然资源承载力依赖度较高。     

Gender and Promotions: Evidence from Academic Economists in France*

The promotion system for French academic economists provides an interesting environment to examine the promotion gap between men and women. Promotions occur through national competitions for which we have information both on candidates and on those eligible to be candidates. Thus, we can examine the two stages of the process: application and success. Women are less likely to seek promotion, and this accounts for up to 76 percent of the promotion gap. Being a woman also reduces the probability of promotion conditional on applying, although the gender difference is not statistically significant. Our results highlight the importance of the decision to apply.     

IQ and Audit Quality: Do Smarter Auditors Deliver Better Audits?

This study examines the role of an individual auditor's cognitive ability in delivering high‐quality audits. Our results from analyzing archival data from Sweden show that audit partners' IQ scores obtained from psychological tests are positively associated with going‐concern audit reporting accuracy and audit fee premiums. We also find some, albeit weak, evidence that audit partners' IQ scores are negatively associated with the income‐increasing abnormal accruals of the client. These results suggest that, although audit services are standardized through various control mechanisms and audits are conducted by teams rather than by individual auditors, the cognitive ability of audit partners responsible for an audit remains important in delivering high‐quality audit services.
