留给中国电影的时间不多了

世界影坛从未像现在这样需要中国,但不是需要中国电影。没错,它们需要的只是中国的庞大电影市场。不论是好莱坞,还是法国、日本、韩国,都觊觎着这块即将成为全世界最大的电影市场。但是,相比每年增长30％的市场来说,中国电影的制作水平和创意能力却一直停滞不前,一年年看不到任何进步。随着国内市场越来越对外国电影开放（这是带有某种强制性的）,用一句人们常用来揶揄中国足球的话来说：留给中国电影的时间已经不多了。     

股东控制权结构与其对公司绩效影响研究

关于公司控制权的研究随着现代股份制公司的产生而产生和发展。本文对股东控制权结构做一个界定,利用Banzhaf权利指数法,将2007-2012年A股样本上市公司的前八大股东的股权比例转化成控制权比例,运用软件Eviews 5.0建立公司绩效的多元回归模型,说明股东控制权结构对公司绩效的影响。     

Detecting big structural breaks in large factor models

Time invariance of factor loadings is a standard assumption in the analysis of large factor models. Yet, this assumption may be restrictive unless parameter shifts are mild (i.e., local to zero). In this paper we develop a new testing procedure to detect big breaks in these loadings at either known or unknown dates. It relies upon testing for parameter breaks in a regression of one of the factors estimated by Principal Components analysis on the remaining estimated factors, where the number of factors is chosen according to Bai and Ng’s (2002) information criteria. The test fares well in terms of power relative to other recently proposed tests on this issue, and can be easily implemented to avoid forecasting failures in standard factor-augmented (FAR, FAVAR) models where the number of factors is a priori imposed on the basis of theoretical considerations.     

Power Relations and Social Mix in Metropolitan Neighbourhoods in North America and Europe: Moving Beyond Gentrification?

Research on spatial segregation has suggested that social mix may be a temporary phase in class displacement, where relations between different groups are at best divided or ‘tectonic’, for instance in England. Political and policy discourses, by contrast, tend to uncritically valorize social mix as a means to breaking up concentrations of poverty and providing neighbourhoods with a middle‐class voice. In the literature, little attention has been paid to power dynamics in socially mixed neighbourhoods and the implications this may have for understanding theory and policy. The five articles that make up this symposium address the ways in which social and ethnic groups interact in major cities in Europe and North America and, as the title suggests, this involves taking into account power relations, domination and negotiation between the different groups. There is a need to connect the experience of the deployment of power within neighbourhoods (and between them) with the discussions of power mechanisms at work in wider urban processes.     

Product Market Competition,Monetary Policy Regimes and Inflation Dynamics: Evidence from a Panel of OECD Countries

We empirically analyze the impact of product market competition on the responsiveness of inflation to macroeconomic imbalances. If competition is high the response of inflation to lagged inflation, unemployment and import prices is reduced, while inflation is more responsive to changes in productivity growth in countries in which competition is above the OECD average. Given the (‘good luck’) macroeconomic trajectories of the 1990s–2000s, the structural reforms that made goods markets more competitive improved the ability of OECD economies to smooth (dis)inflationary shocks, while changes in the monetary policy framework had a modest role in taming inflation during the Great Moderation.

根据作业区水厂原有各工艺设备控制方式的实际情况,并考虑了各个反渗透主机控制方式和预处理各个过滤器控制方式及实际生产要求和经济成本等诸多因素,笔者采用了最简单且最经济的方式达到了各个工艺设备联动的目的,并保证各个PLC程序不冲突,满足了使用方提出的要求。

Efficient bidding with externalities

We implement a family of efficient proposals to share benefits generated in environments with externalities. These proposals extend the Shapley value to games with externalities and are parametrized through the method by which the externalities are averaged. We construct two slightly different mechanisms: one for environments with negative externalities and the other for positive externalities. We show that the subgame perfect equilibrium outcomes of these mechanisms coincide with the sharing proposals.
