关税升级与中国汽车产业发展——基于空间经济学的经验研究

本文利用中国与主要汽车生产国的汽车产业有关数据,在一个关税升级体系下垄断竞争产业发展模型的基础上,运用校准法进行了初步的经验研究。与以往汽车产业贸易政策基于寡占市场结构的经验研究不同,本文试图在垄断竞争市场结构下考察关税升级对中国汽车产业发展趋势的影响。研究表明,集合主要汽车生产国的数据后,汽车产业具有集聚发展的倾向,而我国目前较高程度的关税升级体系在其他条件不变的情况下,能够降低汽车产业实现大发展的临界条件。     

动态环境下企业战略理论发展的启示

本文对动态环境下的五种典型战略管理理论（企业生态系统演化理论、战略联盟、战略风险管理、边缘竞争理论以及“战略转折点”理论）的发展进行了梳理和剖析,讨论了这些理论的贡献及适用条件。在此基础上,分析了这些理论自身及相互关系中尚未厘清的问题,提出了进一步研究的方向和启示。     

经济危机情况下基层国土行政事业单位财务管理

一、金融危机对我国财政的影响近几年来,我国经济保持快速持续增长,随着金融危机从资本市场向实体经济蔓延,我国的经济周期也发生了较大变化,国内经济景气指数下滑,经济高速发展期间形成的泡沫出现破灭,股市楼市出现震荡,此外,伴随出口泡沫的破灭,一些依赖出口的行业的利润受到较大影响,出口增速下降,这些现象对我国财政造成了巨大影响。随着中国4万亿刺激计划的逐步落实,中国经济出现回稳、回升迹象。     

上市公司代理成本与企业绩效关系研究——来自金融类上市公司证据

我国企业存在的代理问题主要表现为高管人员在获得高额薪酬的同时还会职务消费。本文以委托代理理论为基础,基于2001年至2007年的金融类A股上市公司数据,对高管代理成本与企业绩效的相关性进行了实证检验,结果显示:我国金融类上市公司职务消费不能对企业盈利能力、规模产生显著影响,高管薪酬激励能显著提高企业规模,但对企业盈利能力提高不显著。     

Experiencing meaningfulness climate in teams: How spiritual leadership enhances team effectiveness when facing uncertain tasks

This study integrates social information processing theory with leadership and climate literature, and aims to produce novel theoretical insights into whether and how spiritual leadership and task uncertainty foster conditions to enhance meaningfulness climate and subsequent team effectiveness in China. Team effectiveness was operationalized as team performance and team organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Based on data collected at three time points over 12 months from multiple sources of 123 teams in China, we found that spiritual leadership was positively related to team performance and team OCB through meaningfulness climate. Further, the relationship between spiritual leadership and meaningfulness climate was stronger for teams with high task uncertainty than teams with low task uncertainty.     

The impact of mentoring quality on protégés' organization‐based self‐esteem and proactive behavior: The moderating role of traditionality

Based on self‐consistency theory, this study examined the relationship between mentoring quality as perceived by protégés and protégés' proactive behavior. It focused on the mediating role of organization‐based self‐esteem (OBSE) and the moderating role of traditionality. To examine these relationships, we administrated three‐wave surveys to 237 subordinate–supervisor dyads in a construction enterprise. The results of hierarchical linear modeling demonstrated that (a) mentoring quality and proactive behavior had a positive relationship; (b) OBSE mediated this relationship; and (c) traditionality strengthened both the relationship between mentoring quality and OBSE and the indirect effect of mentoring quality on proactive behavior via OBSE. Our findings have theoretical and practical implications for research on mentoring and proactive behavior.

本文基于浙粤苏鄂四省高层次人才政策现实比较的视角,分析了浙江省在高层次人才引进与管理上存在的问题,提出了构建五位一体的人才政策良性机制。     

Motivations and Barriers to Corporate Environmental Management

This paper integrates two conceptual frameworks, utility maximization and institutional theory, to analyze voluntary corporate environmental management. The utility maximization or economic approach centers on motivations to decrease cost, increase revenue and improve manager utility. Institutional theory emphasizes how external pressures from market and non‐market constituents shape the firm's environmental efforts. We view the two frameworks as complementary and postulate a model that includes both types of influences. Survey data from six major industries consisting of a diverse set of facilities are used to estimate the effects of economic and institutional factors on a facility's use of environmental practices and pollution‐prevention activities. Our results support the hypothesized model, and show that cost barriers, management attitudes toward environmental stewardship, company ownership and external institutional forces, including competitiveness, investor and regulatory pressures, all affect a facility's environmental practices and pollution prevention activities. Findings suggest that a multifaceted policy strategy is needed to advance corporate environmental management across diverse firms. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd and ERP Environment     

Strategizing Environmental Policy and Compliance for Firm Economic Sustainability: Evidence from Taiwanese Electronics Firms

This study aims to examine whether the compliance of environmental policies can sustain firm economic performance, and whether a timing issue is relevant to firm economic sustainability in pursuit of eco‐friendly efforts. Offering models predominantly based on the institutional theory, this study tests hypotheses using data from 284 companies in the electronics sector in Taiwan during the period from 1997 to 2010. The findings reveal that the execution of environment policies mostly improves firm economic sustainability and some joint green efforts can even strengthen such sustainability; however, firms aiming to sustain their economic performance should not hasten to undertake eco‐friendly efforts, implying that first movers may not be guaranteed firm economic performance. Thus, managers should carefully strategize their green efforts to comply with environmental policies, and execute them in due course to prevent disadvantages, such as market uncertainty and complexity of green practices, while conquering organizational inertia.
