高校舞蹈教育与人性的发展

本文立足于我国高校舞蹈教育之现状,从舞蹈教育在人性的发展中的作用方面,深刻地分析了开展舞蹈教育的必要性及其意义,并提出相关建议与改进措施以期舞蹈教育日后有更进一步地发展。     

Some Hesitant Fuzzy Aggregation Operators with Their Application in Group Decision Making

Hesitancy is the most common problem in decision making, for which hesitant fuzzy set can be considered as a suitable means allowing several possible degrees for an element to a set. In this paper, we study the aggregation of the hesitancy fuzzy information. Several series of aggregation operators are proposed and the connections of them are discussed. To reflect the correlation of the aggregation arguments, two methods are proposed to determine the aggregation weight vectors. Based on the support degrees among aggregation arguments, the weight vector of decision makers are obtained more objectively. To deal with the correlation of criteria, we apply the Choquet integral to get the weights of criteria. A method is also proposed for group decision making under hesitant fuzzy environment.

The Welfare Implications of Costly Monitoring in the Credit Market: a Note

Hillier and Worrall (1994) derived a surprising result that credit should be further rationed in the costly-monitoring credit-rationing equilibrium. This note shows that their result may be reversed if monitoring costs are endogenously determined.     

内部控制信息透明度影响因素实证研究——来自化工行业上市公司2006年～2008年经验数据

从塑料、橡胶、石油化工行业2006年-2008年度354个调查样本的相关财务数据入手研究上市公司内部控制信息披露问题，量化影响内部控制信息披露因素。研究表明，设置审计委员会、上市地点、年度以及公司控制权、董事会规模时内部控制信息披露具有显著影响，并提出相应对策、建议。     

管理主要价值创造过程 追求卓越绩效品质

结合企业实际,论述了组织在卓越绩效模式管理实施过程中,如何识别主要价值创造过程——市场营销、产品设计和生产制造三大过程,着重阐明了三大过程的创新管理,提出了今后的改进工作。     

A DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF COOPERATIVE RESEARCH IN THE SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY*

In this article I construct a dynamic oligopoly model of research joint ventures (RJVs) where firms, investing to improve product quality, fully share the rewards of research success. RJVs benefit firms by eliminating duplicative research efforts, but firms also give up the possibility of becoming a solo innovator. Consumers benefit from lower prices, but may have to wait longer for new products to arrive. I show that RJVs are welfare enhancing by quantitatively evaluating these trade‐offs with data from the semiconductor industry. I also analyze how changes in product market competition affect research cooperation.     

绿色物流的发展与企业的社会责任

在分析我国物流发展与企业的社会责任关系的基础上,明确企业的社会责任在物流活动中的作用和意义,并从"食品安全"的角度出发,建立企业社会责任的发展模式。     

上市银行可持续增长分析——以深圳发展银行为例

企业增长及其管理是财务计划中的难题。以广为流传的罗伯特.C.希金斯的可持续增长模型为理论基础,以深圳发展银行为例,对其可持续增长状况进行分析,研究发现,在2008年之前深圳发展银行的实际增长率超过可持续增长率,增长速度过快主要是由于较高的资产运营能力和财务杠杆。但是长期较高的增长率会消耗殆尽自身的财务资源,最终会导致实际增长率的下降2,006—2009年深圳发展银行的实际增长率逐年递减,直至2010年才有所改善。
