湖南省岳阳、湘西、永州三地的经济发展及农村信用社效益水平存在明显差异,比较三地农村信用社规模与效益的关系,可得出结论:农村信用社等量的资产并不产生等量的效益,信贷资产质量不同产生不同的效益,效益并不受机构收缩的影响,盈利能力的大小主要取决于管理水平的高低,营业网点及存贷款的市场占有率与经营效益并不显著相关。因此,提高农村信用社经营效益的关键在于降低不良贷款率、提高贷款收息率和降低经营成本。  相似文献

近几年,我国国际收支不平衡的情况日益恶化,国际收支顺差的规模也不断扩大,主要体现在外汇储备的快速增长上;而由于我国的外汇储备投资的资产主要集中在美国国债及其他美元债券上,美国金融危机的爆发使得我国的外汇储备资产价值受到了严峻的挑战,文章指出外汇储备大量投资美元资产不仅使得我们承担了来自美国政府、美元汇率的风险,还使得我们不得不为美国的金融危机买单,而且外需拉动型的经济增长模式也不具有可持续性。因此文章建议从扩大内需、降低贸易顺差、控制外商直接投资、治理热钱流入四个方面,多管齐下切实纠正我国国际收支失衡的现状。  相似文献

The objective of the study is to investigate the impact of advertising on brand experience dimensions for an existing bank and a financial technology (Fintech) brand. A 2?×?2 between-subject experimental study was conducted that analyzed the antecedents of brand experience dimensions and compared them between an existing bank and a fintech brand. The study confirmed the main effect of advertising on all brand experience dimensions. The brand experience scores for the fintech brand were higher than that of the existing bank brand, and significant differences were observed for sensory, emotional, and behavioral brand experience dimensions. The study confirms the influence of advertising on both existing bank and fimtech brand. While most of the previous studies are based on survey research, the present study provides deep probing using experimental study. It seeks to understand the antecedent to brand experience in the context of an emerging country.  相似文献

Cross-functional coordination and collaboration between R&D and marketing is crucial to the success of the new product development process. By understanding how organizational characteristics influence the quality and quantity of information exchanged during the planning and implementation stages of innovation, managers can take steps to increase the communication within their firm, and thereby increase the probability of new product development success. This examines the effects of several organizational characteristics posited to play an important role in the effective cross-functional information exchange using data collected from 376 U.S. firms. The authors found (1) positive impacts on information exchange are attributed to a formalized system of procedural interaction, the quality of the cross-functional relationship, and a joint-rewards structure; and (2) the quality and quantity of cross-functional information exchanges are influenced negatively by the lack of credibility, and positively by rewards for interaction and a high quality of cross-functional relationship.  相似文献

Summary. By allowing the numbers appearing in a continued fraction to be random, one gets what are called random continued fractions. Under fairly general conditions, including the case when the random variables are i.i.d. non-negative, random continued fractions converge with probability one. A markovian algorithm seems to play a crucial role in studying the distribution of random continued fractions. This Markov Chain on is generated by iteration of random monotone decreasing maps on S and the connection comes from the fact that the distribution of random continued fraction is obtained as an invariant probability of the Markov Chain. Using the splitting condition, it is shown that the distribution of the Markov Chain converges exponentially fast in the Kolmogorov distance to an unique invariant probability , which is shown to be non-atomic, except in the degenerate case. A sufficient condition is given for the invariant probability to have full support S. In some special cases, the invaraint probability is obtained explicitly and this includes one case when the probability turns out to be a singular non-atomic probability with full support S. We determine optimal divestment (partial privatization) and entry in banking in the context of a mixed oligopoly. When banks compete in deposits, greater entry is associated with higher divestment. However, social welfare improves with entry only when the private entrants are more efficient than the public bank. Further, when banks compete in interest rates with differentiated products, the public banks behavior resembles that of a price leader and it earns less profit than the private bank, if government holding in the public bank is sufficiently high. Competition becomes excessive in this case, and social welfare maximization requires greater divestment.  相似文献
