糖料生产的扶持政策因应:滇省例证

近年来,国内糖料价格连年大涨,但价格上涨并未带动糖料产量增加,国内糖料生产反而连年下滑,食糖产量快速下降,糖价持续高涨,进口食糖量、价均创历史新高,形势较为严峻。对第二大糖料主产区云南省进行的专题调研表明,应通过大力开展甘蔗高产创建活动、积极推广机械化、给予糖料同等支持、加大对境外糖料甘蔗替代种植的支持和进一步完善糖蔗价格联动机制等加大对糖料生产的支持力度。     

“贯彻珠三角规划纲要 统筹广东城乡发展”研讨会综述

2009年8月27—28日,由广东省社会科学界联合会指导,广东省农村经济学会、广东科贸职业学院和中山市农业局联合主办,广东省农村财政研究会协办的＂贯彻珠三角规划纲要，统筹广东城乡发展”研讨会在广东省中山市召开。     

铜陵市水污染治理的调研

文章通过对铜陵市江河水质、湖泊水质、饮用水水源、污水排放量、酸雨以及地下水质情况等进行调研,调研指标反映铜陵市水污染治理难度大、任务重。铜陵市水污染治理主要存在污水处理资源分散、没有形成规模效应、管理体制不顺、投资结构失衡、监管不力等问题。为此,本课题组提出建立铜陵市排水集团公司、加大对排水管网等基础设施投入以及健全水污染防治监管体制等政策建议。     

S&P Downgrade Positive for China's Stock Market in the Long Run

浅议德国的关系型融资

近年来,银行与企业之间的关系型融资在世界范围内得到广泛运用。在美、日、德等发达国家,关系型融资已成为企业外部融资的一条有效途径,并对企业的经营管理产生着重要的影响。本文总结分析了德国关系型融资模式的特点,希望能够对我国企业的外部融资有一定的指导意义。     

中国精英对中欧关系现状和前景看法

2010年5月至8月,在欧盟第七框架项目解析中国人对欧盟的看法的资助下,中国社会科学院研究生院联合中国人民大学等机构针对中国精英就中欧关系现状和前景及与此相关的问题看法进行了调查。调查数据显示:第一,精英对欧盟的知晓率比较低。第二,在信息渠道选择上,互联网、电视和报纸是三大主要工具,不同工具对中欧关系看法具有一定的影响。第三,中国精英对欧盟保持较好的印象。第四,精英认为欧盟的国际政治和经济影响力仅次于美国,且均强于中国。第五,精英对中欧关系现状和前景的看法日趋谨慎和保守。第六,通过回归分析可以发现,教育、收入、学习和工作经历等变量对精英的欧洲观有着明显影响。第七,学者和媒体工作者对中欧关系的现状和前景的看法和评价,均比其他群体更为积极和乐观。

本文讨论了考虑原件修复时,可修复单元备件储备量的计算方法,并给出了该方法在印制电路板备件储备量计算中的应用实例。     

Heterogeneous Households,the Distribution of Wealth,and the Laursen-Metzler Effect*

To study the effects of a terms-of-trade deterioration the paper constructs a dynamic model with heterogeneous households that maximize intertemporal utility. It shows that insofar as this shock leads to a redistribution of wealth-an outcome ignored by the literature because of the representative-agent assumption invariably adopted-it may give rise to an initial current-account deficit and nonmonotonic adjustment paths. the paper also buttresses the argument that heterogeneous-household models help explain the observed “excess smoothness” of consumption.     

Endogenous Growth Cycles in Continuous Time

The endogenous dynamics of a closed constant returns multi-market economy are examined in which agents face downward sloping demand. The trigger for growth in this model is a technological change that warrants costly adjustment in input quantities by agents. In the resulting dynamic game, relative prices within markets remain constant. Consequently, all own price elasticities are constant. In markets characterized by lower cost of capital the unique outcome is collusion in which agents do not incur adjustment cost and there is no adoption of new technology. But in other markets a unique non-cooperative equilibrium exists in which agents do incur the cost of adopting the new technology. Only three specifications of adjustment costs are feasible. Output increases along an S-shaped time path with or without a non-explosive cyclical component.     

Alcohol abuse and liver enzymes (AALE): results of an intercompany study of mortality

Evaluation of applicants for life insurance who have elevations of their liver function tests or an increased probability of alcohol abuse has always been difficult for underwriters. This paper reports the results of an intercompany study in which the pooled mortality experience of a group of insureds with evidence of alcohol abuse, an adverse driving record or elevations of the liver transaminases or gamma-glutamyl transferase is summarized.
