一月份福建经济形势分析

今年1月份在福建省委、省政府坚强领导下,全省国民经济继续保持企稳向好势头。面对国际经济增长不稳定和中央适度收紧银根等因素对本省经济发展的影响,要坚持以胡锦涛总书记视察福建为动力,大力推进经济发展方式转变,保持经济平稳较快发展,促进海峡西岸经济区建设取得新的更大成就。     

人民币国际化背景下上海国际金融中心的发展战略研究

本课题遵循结合中国国情、灵活借鉴国际经验来解决问题的思路,围绕人民币国际化与国际金融中心建设的关系,提出在人民币国际化的背景下,上海国际金融中心发展应设定如下战略:以长三角地区经济乃至整个大陆经济为依托,以人民币产品中心尤其是固定收益产品中心为突破口,逐步推进人民币的结算、投资和储备功能的实现,使上海从国内金融中心加速迈向亚太区域金融中心,最终成为全球性金融中心.在此基础上提出了相关的政策建议.     

Too few dividends? Groups' tunneling through chair and board compensation

Group affiliation increases boards' compensation in countries as different as Korea, India, Hong Kong and Italy. In this paper, I examine a 6-year sample of controller-dominated, concentrated-ownership firms in Chile in search of a rationale for these results.I show that, for group-affiliated companies, controllers' presence on the board of directors is associated with a strong negative relation between chair and board compensation and controllers' cash-flow rights. Furthermore, I show that controllers of group-affiliated companies prefer to increase chair and board compensation rather than dividends as their cash-flow rights decrease.     

Minimum consumption and transitional dynamics in wealth distribution

This paper investigates quantitatively how initial wealth holding differences across households are propagated through time in a one sector growth model economy. A key feature of the model is that household consumption cannot fall below a positive level each period. The existence of a minimum consumption requirement implies that the Intertemporal Elasticity of Substitution not only differs across households but also changes differently over time. This model is calibrated to match some key aggregate statistics of the U.S. economy. We find that, as in the data, the wealth distribution in our benchmark model economy exhibits a (brief) period of increasing inequality, a short period in which inequality diminishes and a steady level of inequality along the balanced growth path. However, our model illustrates that the evolution of inequality is very sensitive to the length of the transition path. Additionally, our model predicts an upsurge in wealth inequality following the productivity slowdown in the 1970s.     

消费视角下农村居民金融需求研究——以泰州为例

本课题以泰州市农村居民问卷调查数据的实证分析为基础.着重研究农村居民消费状况与金融需求之间的关系,并分析了正规金融对农村居民金融需求满足程度.研究结果表明,农村地区消费潜力巨大,金融需求旺盛,对农村金融供给体系提出了更高的要求.     

基于马尔可夫分析的人民银行分支机构人力资源配置预测

本文以人民银行济南分行为例,在对辖区2006—2008年人力资源配置情况进行分析的基础上,尝试运用马尔可夫分析法,对2009、2010年人力资源配置情况进行分析预测,以期为分支机构人力资源优化配置提供参考。
