从文化资源大省向文化强省跨越——第七次省情论坛综述

2010年1月9日,由山西省财政税务专科学校主办的以“从文化资源大省向文化强省跨越”为主题的第七次省情论坛在我校顺利举行。来自山西省文化教育界的众多专家学者应邀参加了论坛,就山西文化强省建设的有关问题进行了深入探讨和分析,提出了诸多具有理论意义和应用价值的观点与主张。     

2021年我国商业养老保险市场调研分析

发展商业养老保险,建立我国养老保障第三支柱问题受到关注.为此课题组通过网络调查和实地调研相结合方式,对当前商业保险市场运行情况与居民对商业养老保险的需求情况等问题进行全面了解.调研对商业养老保险市场消费者、商保企业、政府三个层面存在的问题和原因进行了分析,并就发展商业养老保险市场提出针对性的政策建议.

Measuring the ethical nature of tourism operators

Selected ecotourism, adventure, fishing, cruiseline, and golf operators were studied in an effort to determine possible ethical differences among them as distinct groups. Through the implementation of a multidimensional ethics scale, the resulting data illustrate that ecotourism operators were in fact more ethical than their counterparts in the other groups. This became apparent on the basis of analyzing their responses to ethical economic, social, and ecological issues outlined in three scenarios. The paper examines the influence of education, organizational size, and the use of codes of ethics in day-to-day business operation and practice to help explain the differences that exist among the participating groups.     

Women's self-employment: An act of institutional (dis)integration? A multilevel,cross-country study

In this paper we investigate the extent to which gender equality disintegrates women's self-employment choice (compared to that for men) and whether this is contingent upon a country's development stage and industries. We rely on symbolic interactionism to argue that employment choices emerge from an interactive conversation between individual and social institutional processes. Using data from 61 countries, we find that overall gender equality is associated with the gender gap in men's and women's self-employment choices and that this association depends upon the country's development stage and industries. Contributions are made to women's entrepreneurship and institutional theory.     

基于供应链的蔬菜企业应用网络技术的调研报告

在广泛调查的基础上，探讨了基于供应链的我国蔬菜企业应用网络技术的现状，制约蔬菜企业采用网络技术的因素以及企业未来应用网络技术的计划。     

The financing of small firm product innovation within the UK

This paper investigates the funding environment facing product innovating small manufacturing firms and both supports and contradicts a number of “stylised facts” which have emerged over the last decade. Amongst the key findings it appears that, whilst innovators were no more nor less likely to have sought external funds, they were significantly less likely to have successfully accessed bank finance. This finding is of particular gravity since bank debt remains the primary source of external finance employed. Further, the paper notes the low use of genuine risk capital to fund product innovation and raises the question as to what extent this reflects supply or demand side deficiencies. The role of public subsidies, in the form of grant funding, is also investigated with some tentative evidence pointing to the role grants play in validating technology or as leverage to access further funds.     

采用SS-QOL测量中国急性缺血性脑卒中患者生存质量和BI结果值的相关性研究

运用SS-QOL量表随机测量220例急性缺血性脑卒中患者就诊第0天、出院、第90天的生活质量,并对患者的BarthelIndex（BI）评分进行相关性研究,以得出通过SS-QOL量表获得的急性缺血性脑卒中患者健康相关生存质量能否真实反映患者的健康状况。经SS-QOL和BI评分对患者三个阶段生存质量的表达进行线性回归模型拟合发现,两者对患者生存质量的表达趋势一致,进而进行的无控制变量和有控制变量（教育程度和从事职业）的相关性分析也显示两者的相关系数均较高（〉0.600;P=0.000）,且相关性的稳定性较好。SS-QOL量表对生存质量的测量能够反映患者的健康状况,也适宜做进一步的成本-效用分析。

Typically, q _d will depend on more aspects of this dependence structure than the well-known tail dependence coefficient.
