住房问题是关系民生和社会稳定的重大问题,其中政府提供的公共住房是解决这一问题的重要措施.虽然住房市场化对我国的改革开放具有巨大的推动作用,但是公共住房在其具体运行机制中仍面临着许多困境.文章试图通过探索公共住房运行新模式来解决中、低收入家庭的住房问题.

河北省高校毕业生就业供需匹配研究

毕业生就业实质是高校人才培养与社会需求匹配的过程。本文将河北省高校毕业生就业问题放在河北省产业结构优化升级的大环境中来进行阐述和分析,从河北省高校就业结构出发分析其就业结构偏离度。进而根据河北省高校毕业生就业专业相关性不高、主要集中在民营企业、灵活就业居多、就业稳定性差等就业现状,从市场需求出发,着眼于高校教育供给、毕业生就业能力培养和畅通就业市场人才流动三个方面,分析河北省高校毕业生培养类型、学历层次、学科专业、通用就业能力和劳动力市场分割等方面与市场需求之间存在的矛盾。基于此,从三个方面提出破解河北省高校毕业生就业市场供需矛盾的思路：一是对河北省高校毕业生培养方向进行调整,二是加强大学生就业能力培养,三是加快京津冀劳动力市场一体化建设进程。     

面向订单生产对企业资源规划的挑战

本文是一项由24位中国企业资源规划资深顾问参与的研究,主要研究目标是发现中国制造业中面向订单生产的管理趋势及其对ERP的挑战。本文首先提出了研究的8个研究步骤,由专家提出面向订单生产业务的管理趋势,并根据专家投票得到其中的10个主要趋势,接着研究了这些主要趋势的业务管理难度和ERP对其支持程度,最后分析了目前ERP支持面向订单生产业务的不足。研究结果表明,在面向订单生产环境下,企业需要更高的供应链管理水平,并且需要改进的生产计划与控制方法。研究结果还表明目前应用于制造业的ERP软件在支持面向订单生产的发展趋势方面表现出较多的不足之处,阻碍了管理目标的实现。
