浅析经济管理理论在建筑企业中的应用

产业转型中的就业困境

本文通过产业价值链分析,指出在原有的国际产业分工格局下,中心、外围国家的产业人才需求与劳动力供给存在明显的不匹配.对此,本文运用均衡匹配搜寻模型,以产业因素变量和搜寻成本变量作为解释变量,将就业匹配变量内生化,运用比较静态方法分析表明:提升产业适应系数、降低搜寻成本可以提高搜寻效用.产业转型是中心、外围国家分别解决就业问题的根本途径是:发达国家进行再工业化,发展中国家从依靠要素投入到依靠生产效率提高转变.     

Ethical sensitivity to stakeholder interests: A cross-cultural comparison

This study applied Hofstede’s typology to examine the effect of culture on ethical sensitivity toward various stakeholders. It was found that uncertainty avoidance had a positive effect and that power distance and individualism/masculinity had negative effects on ethical sensitivity. The results also indicated that ethical sensitivity to stakeholder interests is dependent on which stakeholder is affected. Although Americans and Taiwanese sales agents were equally sensitive to customer interests, the Taiwanese were more sensitive to the interests of their company and a competitor but were less sensitive to the interests of a colleague. This study should prove valuable to international marketers because the cultural typology allows managers to identify differences in work-related values of employees across different nationalities and thus provides a theoretical base for designing more effective sales management practices. Jeffrey G. Blodgett (Ph.D., Indiana University) is an associate professor of marketing at the University of Mississippi. His research interests include consumer complaint behavior and cross-cultural issues. Long-Chuan Lu is an assistant professor of marketing at the National Chung-Cheng University of Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Mississippi. Rose (Ph.D., University of Oregon) is an assistant professor of marketing at the University of Mississippi. His research interests include consumer socialization and cross-cultural consumer behavior. He has published articles in theJournal of Consumer Research, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Journal of Advertising, Journal of Marketing, and other journals and proceedings. Scott J. Vitell is the Phil B. Hardin Professor of Marketing at the University of Mississippi, receiving his Ph.D. from Texas Tech University. His previous work has appeared in theJournal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research, andResearch in Marketing and the Journal of Business Ethics, in addition to numerous other journals and conference proceedings.     

开征生态税:可持续发展的一种现实选择

所谓生态税，就是以保护生态环境和自然资源为主要目的，而向所有因其生产和消费而造成外部不经济的纳税人课征的税收，因此，在当前环境压力和生态状况如此严峻的情况下，开征生态税是一项当务之急，刻不容缓。     

解决两个问题 提高中职生作文质量

制约中职生作文质量的因素很多,涉及的方面很广,提高作文质量要做的工作也很多,但我觉得首先要解决两个问题。第一是要解决学生对作文存在的畏难心理,第二是帮助学生提高运用素材的能力。这是中职生写作文时普遍存在的两个基础问题,而提高运用素材的能力则更为重要。     

平衡的可持续发展战略

文章从可持续发展的定义入手，通过澄清两种常见的误解，明确了可持续发展要求平衡的三种关系，并通过对私人部门的外部性分析和对建立在竞争基础上的技术变革的分析，表明若要推行平衡的可持续发展战略，仅依靠贫困国家或地区的私人部门的努力是难以达到的，可以借助的外力有政府的力量和国外的力量。     

Strengthening the Quality–Loyalty Linkage: The Role of Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Relationship

Customer loyalty has been suggested as the most important indicator of a firm's advantageous position relative to competitors. The effect of service quality on customer loyalty has been empirically proven in a variety of industries. For industries such as grocery wholesalers whose offerings seem to be almost homogeneous in the eyes of retail customers, by implication, service quality in itself may be insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to explore how to strengthen the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. In this study, we propose that customer orientation and interpersonal relationship may reinforce the quality–loyalty linkage. The empirical results showed that all three variables independently had significant power in discriminating among three levels of loyalty (high, medium, and low). Customer orientation and interpersonal relationships also functioned as moderators that strengthen the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. Moreover, customer orientation had a greater moderating effect than interpersonal relationship. The research findings could, we believe, assist wholesale managers to allocate their resources more effectively to establish customer loyalty in an era of fierce competition.     

Mutual fund herding its impact on stock returns: Evidence from the Taiwan stock market

Using quarterly ownership data which identify identity codes of mutual funds in Taiwan, we investigate mutual fund herding and its impact on stock price. We show that mutual funds tend to follow their own steps in trading rather than follow trades made by other funds. More importantly, evidence of price continuation following mutual fund herd buying suggests that such herding is based on value-relevant information and is consistent with the investigative herding hypothesis. Alternatively, evidence of return reversal following mutual fund herd selling suggests that such herding is non-informational and is consistent with the characteristic herding hypothesis.
